Stood at the counter for a good five minutes before either the pharmacist or pharmacy tech deigned to even acknowledge that I was there. The counter is just high enough that they can’t dare make eye contact with their customers. And even after waiting for so long they finally said they would be with me in a moment. They at least offered to check out the few things that I had but I should have left the basket at the counter instead of offering to bring it up front for them. I used to work pharmacy so I get how busy it can be, but at least I would acknowledge that a customer was there and said something to them instead of ignoring them.

The Pharmacy staff here is NOT GOOD! Poorly trained and the Pharmacist herself is rude. She refuses to get up from her chair in front of the computer to speak to a customer. She just yells. Nasty look on her face like she is being bothered. She was reusing to take prescriptions the day before the hurricane "We are closing at 5" She just yelled out to people

I'm not sure if policies changed since my last prescription pick-up (2yrs ago) or if the worker wasn't trained properly. This is the first time that I didn't have to provide a signature or show proof of my identity. They didn't even go over my address info or phone number. There were no other customers so it's not like they were overwhelmed and were absent minded. She took her time but didn't ask for anything except the total amount owed. Aside from that..I actually really like this Publix location and the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy.

The lady working the bakery was extremely rude, hollered across the aisle to tell us about a special when we were not even in the bakery area then got very upset when we did not hear her. How are we supposed to know you're talking to us? They do have good quality yellow dragonfruit though! The only reason I would ever go back to this location.

The Pharmacy staff in this store definitely needs some customer service training, come on folks "do better" There COVID booster shot setup is not setup at all. After being told walk-in shots were available and arriving to the store, then to find out oh by the way shots are not given between 2 and 3, maybe they should have conveyed this when I first called. This after traveling there with a spouse with a disability. No attempt was made to even try and accommodate us as it was 1:50 pm. I totally understand being busy but a little customer service and trying to accommodate someone with a disability goes so very far. We left and went to store #482 on County Line/Mariner, what a pleasure. They had an associate and designated area specifically for screening for booster shots as well as paperwork, and was greeted with a smile. You guys can learn a lot from this store.

Live in the neighborhood and started going to this store as soon as they opened. We we so thrilled to see something new and clean. Fast forward over 10 years later they still look very new and clean! It is hard to find any grocery stores in this area that don't show their age. This one is an exception. They have great selections and if you can't find something. They will do their best to get it! Publix loves kids and def makes my experience shopping with my kid a pleasure. Hehehe see what I did there. The only thing I have seen slip over the past two years or so is the attentiveness of much of the staff. The younger staff seems to think it is alright to gather in groups talking about their exploits or standing around on their cell phones while customers are struggling to find items. There are some great ones that have been there for years! I believe the management has changed and with COVID I am sure it made staffing tough. Overall it is still the best place to shop (even if little pricier than competitors).
