Today we had Precision stop by to fix the spring on our garage door that was obviously broken. The guy comes in and says the bearings have gone bad and that it will cost $1,000+. He continues to say that it will cost $589 for just the spring to be replaced but the bearings are bad.Instantly I didn't trust this guy and got a second quote. The second guy from Veterans was actually honest and said the bearings were not bad and charged $375 to replace the spring with a 1 year warranty. I DO NOT TRUST PRECISION. They WILL LIE TO YOU. They are not honest, not trustworthy. But they are... Shady Misleading Unprincipled In other words Precision is a bunch of thief's and liars and will do and say whatever to get you to replace more than what's needed just to add money to their pockets.

The man that came to my house was Arnold Simpson. He was very knowledgeable and explained several options to me. I needed a new door opener. He was very patient with me as he explained how everything worked. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone

Door was bucking as it closed really bad. Luke came out and explained what was happening, fixed it in about 1 hourTightened varies parts, replaced some hinges, installed new springs (originals from 2000) greased and reset cables.Did a splendid and professional job. Highly recommend. I've had 2 other companies out that gave up and said get a whole new door. Outstanding job Luke

We have had numerous types of contractors do work for us over the years, but none have compared to Precision. We have recently had both garage door openers replaced, and Precision was courteous, fair, and absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you Robert Clausen foe your service today!

We started with an estimate and Melanie came and explained everything to us in detail. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. After getting a few estimates from other companies we decided on Precision because of Melanie and her expertise. Sherman came and installed the door and he was top notch as well. There were a coiple of minor things we needed adjusted and they came right back out in a couple of days and Nate went above and beyond to fix them. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a new door and opener. :)

Precision came out to repair and update the garage door for our church and they went above and beyond to fix our setup. Before we had a door that had to be opened by hand that was bent and leaked, and now we have a door an automatic opener that doesn't leak and opens absolutely straight. Plus, they diagnosed and repaired in the same day.

Alfred Neloz was my technician today and he was outstanding. Easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my concerns and took care of them. Had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors!! Technician Logan Forsyth arrived exactly as scheduled. He was extremely polite and very profession. He troubleshot the door opening system, located the issue, and had it working again in record time. I'll be sure to contact Precision Doors again if repairs are needed! THANK YOU!!!

WOW! I had a seamless, wonderful experience with Precision and I would definitely recommend! First off, I had no clue I had so many choices in design on a garage door. They sent a woman named Melanie M to give me an estimate and she was wonderful. Melanie helped me chose a design that looks amazing on my home, she was not pushy and she was very pleasant to be around. She also showed up early and called ahead. I responded to her prompt estimate email and told her I wanted the door she recommended, within 1 week I have the garage door installed on my home. They explained everything that was going to happen and exactly when it was going to happen. I received emails, voice-mail, and a permit in the mail explaining everything again before the installer came out. My installer (Brandon) showed up on time as well and he was extremely polite, clean and very hard working. He again explained everything when he arrived, he answered all my questions with a smile, asked if it was okay to play music while he worked and he just totally went above and beyond on my install. The neighbors are already asking questions. Great experience all around! Thank you!

Travis D arrived on time and inspected our door. He pointed out several cracked hinges and also some other concerns with the springs and pulleys. He gave us a fair quote to get the door back in action. He had all the parts on the truck and in no time we had us up and running. The door is so quiet!! It is a real pleasure to work with knowledgeable and professionals like TD!

When our door failed while in the keys we had our neighbor call precision for us. Thought we might get it fixed when we got home. But they could come out same day so my neighbor let them in. Mike freeman was very helpful and informative to get us back to perfect. Great job precision and mike. Much appreciated.

We had service done on a standard two car garage door. Service tech came and tried to high pressure sell everything else on the door. I called that next work day to talk to someone about my situation. Third day later no call, I would recommend people to find some other company if your door needs service.

Our technician, Corbin, was awesome! He arrived on time, and suggested different methods of what could be done to fix our issue. The main issue that was fixed was the broken spring, and he completed the job in a timely manner. The price was great too! Thank you! We will definitely choose Precision for our garage door needs again in the future.

Above and beyond, and then even further! Josh H. was the technician who responded to my father's house to give an estimate on a garage door opener. Upon further discussion with my dad, Josh gleaned a better understanding of what was needed and commenced to communicating with his boss.Josh and his supervisor went above and beyond to make sure that my dad, who is 95yo, by the way, received an unparalleled pricing option with the highest quality equipment, and an opener that fit my dad's needs. Josh and his supervisor were eager to make sure my dad was treated with respect that was due him as an elder, a veteran and Believer wanting to give back to the community!Thank you Josh and Precision!*** I would like to note that this whole process was done in a very timely manner. I couldn't even get other companies to come out to give an estimate for weeks and then they were telling me it would be 6-8 weeks AFTER the estimate was agreed upon before they could install. *Precision did all this in less than a 2 week time frame!

We had our garage door censors go bad and the door wasn"t working at all. We called Precision and they came out the same day. Our tech was Stefan Harris and he was great. Mr. Harris was professional and knowledgeable, and after talking with him, we decided to get a whole new opener at a price we could afford. He installed it in about 1 hour, and we sat there and talked with him while he installed it. Excellent service, and I would recommend Precision for any garage door needs. Thank you Stephan.
