Just signed up and notice there way too much kids in here playing around with the relaxation area where people come to relax and hearing laughter the whole time doesn’t make it a distress after a workout. Headphones help but obviously shouldn’t feel I have to put my headphones on. Kids are the reason equipment doesn’t last long, the gym is not a play ground and if kids are gonna be in here at any age they need to be supervised.

Good to know that since my last review, the staff has since repaired the equipment in question. By repair I mean they've replaced the caution tape. Smdh

I Was there as guest but I was treated like a long time member. The gym was very friendly, well equipped and very clean.

The staff are extremely friendly and you can tell the owner has been trying to make much needed improvements, but this location (possibly a summer thing) has become overrun by teenagers who are using it as a place to hang out with their friends. I wish the staff would intervene when groups of teens are standing around or sitting on the same piece of equipment for extended periods of time just to take pictures.

If you don't mind broken machines including the tanning beds, and massage beds every other day then you wont mind wasting your $27 a month for partial use of a commercial gym. There is absolutely no reason for machines to stay broken for weeks and technical issues going unsolved for days. And when asked when will things be fixed, a shrug of the shoulders and being told to drive to another gym 20 minutes away is how planet fitness resolves issues.

It hasn’t even been a month since I started going to this particular planet fitness. I’m very disappointed with half the staff that stands around the front desk. The bathrooms are disgusting and the trash cans are overflowing. There seems to never be paper towels on certain stations that are supposed to have them. I literally just watched them enforce a rule on one lady for talking on her phone while working out when the same lady that complained went around talking loud to a bunch of people. That’s called hypocrisy. People come to a gym to workout not to be humiliated and made to feel they can’t workout. Another reason for me to end my membership.

Decent gym some of the equipment isn't properly maintained but I'm leaving a review due to me getting wrong information, I asked if I could freeze my account and they said have to due it in person,but that wasn't the case I could do it via their official website. They also charged the annual fee after two months, and you can only cancel via certified form through mail, or in person. In short I was told I couldn't freeze my account meanwhile I could.
