Pine brook Pharmacy #2 has totally lost all control since the new crew the first of the year, they have screwed up my husband's scripts every month since January, I finally transferred my prescriptions last week to another pharmacy and they would not transfer them, had all kinds of reasons, my doc and new pharm said they were full of it, bunch of game playing nuts, if you complain about service they will delete your scripts. Beware, not the same run place, I used them 15 years but could not take the new crew and monthly errors anymore.

Staff is great. I get 1 free delivery a month and never had a problem. I've used Walgreens, Walmart, and CVS. They don't hold a candle to Pinebrook pharmacy # 2. Thanks to the staff.

I am so happy with my new pharmacy! They are kind, professional and trying to help me save $$$, what more do you need? So glad I left that big box wall pharmacy. Now I’m treated respectfully and like a human being—not just a number.

Pinebrook is the best. The people who work there make you feel welcome,they are so friendly and kind. They also have all the meds ready at the same time, I didn't even think that was possible, with my last pharmacy they kept telling us that's what was going to happen but it never happened. Lastly, I don't drive anymore so they deliver it to my door every month which is so easy for me. The delivery person is also awsome. I could make a commercial about Pinebrook!!!!

I am inquiring about switching pharmacies and stopped in to ask some questions. Sarina answered all my questions and assured me that this was the place to come and even called my insurance to get the process started. I am beyond impressed and excited to do business with this pharmacy.

Pine Brook is the best pharmacy! Sarina always has my scripts ready super fast. The entire staff at all the locations are top notch! Not only are they my personal pharmacy, but I recommend all locations to my patients.

Pine Brook #2 is a small pharmacy with outstanding service. I started using them when I was going to the clinic next door. When they had a question about a prescription, instead of calling the clinic, the pharmacist said it was quicker to walk next door so she did. They try to sync all of my prescriptions with my wife’s so I don’t have to make as many trips. I highly recommend them.

Well worth using them. Been using them since I moved to Florida... I drive a distance away because there is no substitute to Phenomenal Service.. Menesh and his team, Laurie and the staff at #2, Dottie and the others through all their locations, customer service at a level unseen in any other pharmacy I have ever used..
