Had to rent a tool to remove wiper arms. The tool was purchased and then you have a few days to return it. Did the job and tool was returned for the full refund. No issues here. Will definently use this next time l need a tool that is not in my garage!

Usually a good place for parts but their counter help is lacking knowledge. They seem to hire kids who don't have a clue. Ordered a part last week was due in Sunday at 11:45....went there Tuesday to pick up and they fumbled around pretending to look for my part but didn't find it. Never gave a reason and acted like it was my fault for expecting it to be there. Customer service is dead at most places and this is a good example.

Ordered a part they didn't have in stock.
Had to pay a core fee until you bring in the old part which is insane so you're being charged for your own part cause of course they have to make even more money off of you! Then they charge you a shipping fee to have it delivered to the store!! Not your house! They give you a date when the part will arrive and it doesn't arrive that day it arrives 3 days after! Unacceptable!! Will never order anything again from this place!! O'Reilly's SUCKS!!!!

Oreilly’s to the rescue! Autozone set me up with the wrong sensors and tried to convince me that trans fluid goes into my rear differential…..Left and went to oreillys and the guys there got me the right sensors and GEAR OIL for the differential. Saved me thousands of dollars and headaches. It’s Oreillys or nothing for me forever.

Mel was the absolutely awesome, she was totally fantastic and helpful when it came to helping me figuring out which products I needed for my oil change. She definitely deserves a paid vacation or a raise. Top employee there, will be going back for all my auto needs
