Excellent location.
Unfortunately, coworkers of mine stalk me here and try to document that I don't recognize them so that they can try to get away with theft of my owed compensation. They collect perjured evidence by trying to pose as innocent passer-bys. Notably is a present coworker of mine who was an instructor of mine from the military. He brought all of his family members to my workplace where they posed as regular employees despite that not being the case. All of this charade is being done in order to commit perjury in court. The intelligence community is a corrupt sham. One photo shows the individual in disguise.
Excellent motor oil selection.

Had a problem with a Wix oil filter.Thought I’d handle it at the corporate level.Well I was wrong. The corporate answer was “ we will get back to you in 2 or 3 business days”.So I called the store and asked for store manager.Georgia (store manager)took my call.Set up a appointment for a service center to correct the problem and in no time I was up and running again.NO COST TO ME.I can honestly say at 70 years old and have used 5 different Orilleys’s and 2 other parts centers in the Spring Hill area. This location is the best. All the rest are like take a chance(I can tell you situations in the past)and if you have a problem your on your own.Drive a couple extra miles and know this location cares about your purchase!

I went into there this afternoon. I needed new wiper blades. I was quite surprised at how affordable they were. The young fellow (John) waited on me. I asked him to remove my old ones and place the new ones on. He gladly obliged. He is a very nice and courteous young man. I enjoyed talking with him while he replaced my old ones. Their store is sort of new and I plan to return to there for anymore auto parts that I may need.

The manager/staff were all knowledgeable, kind and inviting. I had my brake rotors resurfaced by the manager and she did a fantastic job on them, car stops smoothly just like new! After the rotors were finished they all recommended I switch to ceramic pads over the style of pads auto zone sold me and they made a big difference in stopping power. They also helped me with a keyfob problem on my tahoe. If you are looking for a local auto store with knowledgeable and hard working employees I highly recommend orileys off county line road in spring hill.

Honestly the worst experience in any auto store I’ve walked into. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman but immediately was laughed at over a question about a new fluid on the shelf. I was treated like I was stupid over a question, then had the guy at the counter try to sell me something for 22 dollars when I normally get a 10$ bottle of fluid that was recommended by a trustworthy mechanic of over 40 years. I was mansplained to about my Honda vehicle as if I knew nothing. Then to top it off the other two men there were talking badly about another customer being too “broke” to afford a part and laughed. Just terrible service I received today, and thank god I don’t like close enough to this store that I would have to go regularly.

Do not buy brake pads from O'Reilly's!! They will not replace them with limited lifetime warranty. But every other auto parts store will. So when I bought my $120 brake pads last year I paid the extra amount because I knew I would be getting new ones when they were out. As I went to replace them with my warranty, I was informed that O'Reilly's does not replace brake pads if Warren. AutoZone advanced Napa they all do so. I assumed it was a good assumption that they would replace them just like everyone else. So I went across the street to AutoZone and double checked with the manager. So the extra duty $90 brake pads that I bought at AutoZone will be replaced for free when they wear out!

Joe was the most patient, knowledgeable, and friendly employee I’ve ever dealt with at an auto store. I’ll strictly go to THIS O’Reillys going forward because of Joe!

It's amazing that they fit so many people in one store that know nothing about automotive.
