Do NOT buy from the this jeweler! My husband walked into New York jeweler for a V-day present. The diamond earring’s were cloudy , look cheap and not made with quality material. I went the very next day after v-day to the store to return them and she would not let me return them, even though I had receipt in hand . The receipt states no special order refund. It does not state no refund just on special orders! This was not a special order. He walked in and purchased them. I have the receipt pictured below. I spoke with the owner Kim and she out right lied to me . I had the receipt she stated all her merchandise is special ordered if it was in the cabinet . I explained to her that a special order is special made for that person. These diamond earrings were sitting in a case and not A special order . Some business owners will do anything to Rip you off !! Next call Better Business Bureau then Facebook ! New York jewelers of Springhill do better!

Had a ring resized and two bracelets cleaned and repaired (stones had fallen out). All at a very reasonable price. Excellent job on all 3 items. I'm thrilled to have a reputable jeweler in my neighborhood.

I stumbled upon this store randomly riding my trip. The owner was able to repair my bellybutton ring and use an old diamond earring to repurpose it. I previously went to two other stores and they couldn’t do it. She was quick and efficient, gave me an accurate quote and did a perfect job, I couldn’t be happier. I drove nearly 2hrs round trip but it was totally worth it. Will be back for any other jewelry repairs in the future. Thanks so much

We, I spent LOTS AND LOTS of money in that store. EVERY PIECE OF JEWELRY BROKE. Owner insists it's my fault. Stone just fell out of ring, 4 necklaces, chains just decide to break and fall off as I'm standing or sitting. Bracelet, 3 times it had to be repaired. Overpriced, and the clasps on all necklaces and bracelets are cheap cheap cheap. Shop somewhere else!!!No need to thank me for the review. You won't answer the phone, you left me no choice. Truth hurts doesn't it.

Totally happy with the repair done to my engagement ring. On top of that, I was able to find a cross pendant exactly to my liking. Will definitely return when/if I need anything jewelry related.

My husband and I have been dealing with Kim and her husband for over three years. They have repaired jewelry and watches and sold us gorgeous, high quality pieces. Diamond watches, diamond rings, bracelets, necklaces, you name it. We have been highly satisfied with every piece we have bought from them. Not only do they sell quality estate jewelry, but we have bought beautiful jewelry, gold chains etc from their catalogs. We have had custom work done to existing pieces and are very satisfied with the work. They have also provided us with insurance appraisals.
