Nay’s is my number one hair braiding shop. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! The shop is always clean and such a wonderful atmosphere. Upon request of the style I have in mind they listen well and follow through. Mostly they go beyond with my style and I walk away very pleased. Nay African Hair Braiding is the BEST!!! From the customer service to the neatness. They always make you feel very comfortable and satisfied. I’m very picky on who and where I get my hair done due to my alepecia but they literally makes it so neat and full you can’t notice. Always on time and quick. This place rates very..very..very poor. I really mean poor. II went there to get my hair did and my experience was just awful ?. She had my hair parted on several times.... I mean ONE part looking good and that was the part she had me look at when she hand me the mirror to viewWhen I got home and I started trying to style my hair other ways to my disappointment the other parts were A nightmare. You couldn't even make were the part stated or ended In my hairI was very sad. They pull your hair when they are braiding your hair which hurts the scalp and caused your head to hurt.This place needs to be banned from. Springhill / Brooksville fl .They don't even give receipts when you pay for your services. I feel like when a place doesn't give you a receipt for your services that means they are lying to the IRS for tax purposes.And when they do that more times out of ten there services are VERY VERY POOR.IF your services are good and you are proud to stand by them you would be glad to provide a receipt.I don't care who writes a review from this day forward. This place needs to be SHUT down.I will be notifying my governor DESANTIS.SHUT YOUR PLACE DOWN IT GIVES POOR....POOR.
