Have been a customer of this salon for many years and have seen it go through a lot of changes not always good. I come because of my nail tech today I was informed I would be charged an additional $1.50 just to use my credit card. Also it is discouraged to apply tip to credit card. This is suppose to be part of doing busy and should have been considered when they raised the fees. Im not happy!

Got my nails done a week ago and broke both thumb nails at work. Went to have them fixed today and the owner was kind enough to fix them and not even charge!!! I explained it was my fault they broke and he said no problem just have a good day. Wow this kindness doesn't happen to often.. THANK YOU!!! I WILL BE BACK

Took my niece and two children in for pedicures, we went there because I knew they had the kids pedicure chairs…my niece is three it was her first pedicure the lady that did her pedicure would not even acknowledge her when she was talking to her. my niece was asking her her name what she was doing the lady would not respond to her at all and yes the lady could understand her and she spoke perfect English was all really weird! she was very rude! the whole atmosphere was unpleasant! The lady that did my sons pedicure called him a she at least five times even after I told her it was a him I could not believe it! and then they put clear gel polish on my sons toes without asking me and charged me for it! Not to mention it was like 85° in there. I was so upset after $130 Never again!

"Oh look Yao, you've made a friend..." FOR LIFE! This salon is top notch. Incredibly sanitized! I feel very comfortable in the shop. Their art work/skills are superb and the staff are fun once we all loosen up (social anxiety, ahhh you're looking at my feet.... Breathe). ? Yao is my personal favorite artisan, but have sat with several others and been cared for just as well. Definitely recommend!

Decided to treat myself and get a pedicure with gel (first time in my life) & unfortunately now I have fungus growing on both of my big toes. This has never happened to me before and I’m only giving two stars because the girl that did my feet did a great job, but I’m mortified that this is happening to me right now.Service: Pedicure

This was my first time coming here, the girl who did my pedicure didn’t know how to do French tips. She kept asking the girl next to her what she needed to do. I ended up leaving with uneven nails and different sized lines. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Pedicure

The owner and his wife are the sweetest, no matter how often you go or if you take a break when you go for service they treat you the same! Great work and Jenny is awesome!

Have not had a manicure since Christ was a choir boy and never a pedicure. I had no appointment no problem. Great service and unbelievable price. I will be back.
