Showed up at 1:15 on a Saturday, online says they close at 2 , door hours say they close at 2. But nope, no one there.
Seems this is a common trend based on other reviews.
Find a business that will respect your time. I feel like I dodged a bullet here, they clearly are not professional.

I would give a zero but you can’t.Tried to use his business was very rude and was almost bothered by me coming in. Kept looking at the television and then when I showed him what I wanted done he said “ No I can’t do that … didn’t even try to listen to what i had to say and my response was well I’ve had this done before no problem… his response was “ Well then go back there.” Very rude and not helpful all at all .

I went by this place at 9:00 am to catch them when they opened. I waited until 9:20 am and was getting ready to leave when the owner arrived. No "sorry we're late today" or any recognition about wasting a customer's time. He just looked at me like I was bothering him. I needed to get a small, 1/2" x 2" patch sewn on a vest. I asked him if he could do it while I waited. He says "No. I don't do anything while you wait. You must leave it." You know, I understand why that might be a policy, but you would think the guy would at least acknowledge all the time of mine he wasted due to being late. Bottom line, this place is very rude and unaccommodating. I will never go back there.

I got several minor and major alterations done here recently on various items. I’m highly satisfied with the speed and quality of this tailor’s work. I will be coming here for all my future alterations and I would recommend this tailor to anybody else that lives in the general area.Services: General repairs

If I could give a 0 star I would. On a Saturday, I dropped off a pair of dress pants for my husband to get cut because they were too long. My husband couldn’t make it because of work so I took a sample pair of dress pants that are the perfect length on my husband. In my presence, the owner measured and marked the pants where he would make the cut. He told me they would be ready Wednesday. I went in on Wednesday, he was on the phone and delt with me quickly, took my payment and sent me going. I get home and notice the pants are still the same exact length as when I took them in, and the original markings were still on the pants. He never cut them! The pants were not touched. I called him to inquire and he says he did the cut them and “that’s why I prefer the person to try them on in the store” was his excuse. This is not the first time I have sent in an item to be tailored with a sample at a location in Tampa. We are new to this area so wanted to try a new place close to home. I am very upset because this is unprofessional and the pants were just sitting with him for almost 5 days. Time and money wasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

She was very fast. Met a short deadline for hemming on a dress shirt at the very last minute.I'll be bringing in some jackets to get zippers repaired as well.
