Mobility styles fixed my scooter even after the VA that sent it to some other place and they gave and they gave mobility styles a hard time so mobility styles fix my scooter and didn't charge me anything said they were going to deal with those people and that was just the way it was going to be I love these guys they're the best I got my new scooter from them plus I got my new lift from them I wouldn't go anywhere else they're the best thank you

Just got a new chair and lift here and am really quite pleased. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They serve Veterans with respect and honor. I try to support small family owned businesses and am glad I did this one.

The staff is great, very attentive ,friendly as well as helpful. I had
an installation of a new lift and scooter ( good prices) too.They went over all the details of the product and were very professional in the process. I would use they again, and I highly recommend them as well.

Matthew and his dad Ed dad and his staff are top rate they know there stuff and they are the goto folks they have everything you will ever need and they give excellent advice so if you are elderly or disabled you will have to goto them and you will be totally satisfied with their results I am looking forward to doing more business with them when I order my lift recliner

I an a disabled veteran and the VA used this company to get me a powerchair and lift for my vehicle. Within 2 days parts were falling off this chair and the company refused to fix it had to go through the VA for 4 months to get them to fix the initial problems now the chair is dead after only 4 months and they claim I let it get wet. This chair has been covered at all times when I'm not in it
The representative Ed was rude and argumentative on the phone. These guys are scam artists and should be ashamed of how they treat veterans and seniors. D ont spend your hard earned money here. If you do get everything in writing and read the fine print. They will try and take advantage of you.

We recently brought a lift for the inside of the van for my wife to travel and do her six day a week therapy exercise. she traveled one day to UPS Store inverness. she went to place the lift down; it did not want to move at all She contacted The Mobility styles they mentioned that she had to pay 290.00 we just brought the Lift its on Warranty this people are using all the senior Citizens taking their money. we live on a fixed income. They did not say we live in Inverness their business is in Week Wachi and we were going to get charged if something happened to the lift they mentioned to me the warrenty I asked can you place that in writing for me He said Yes we never got that in writing PLESE SENIORS Beware. Those who are limited in limited income what they did to my wife they can also do to you sad the people of Mobility in Ocala always came out never charged us a penny for our old lift. this new Company charged us and we had to pay right away 290.00 for them to repair and if thats called Warrenty and great service for Seniors and Veterns I dont know what else to say! Husband! I was happy for the way they placed the lift but not Happy at all of what happened on emergency taking advantage of a Senior Limited Soul!Mr.Jesus Brevan

My mom had the worst experience in your store today. She had a valet chair put into her car a few years ago for my brother. It broke not long ago and she took it to Mobility Styles to be fixed. She paid $1000 for it to be “fixed” and was told there was a 90 day warranty. The first time she took my brother out of the house and used the chair it broke! They were stranded for hours! When my son got off of work he went straight to them and was able to play with the chair enough to get my brother into the car. Today my mother took the car to them to fix the chair. My mom kindly (because she doesn’t know any other way to be) told them what had happened. The next thing she knew they were accusing her of “playing around with the chair” and told her they would have to charge her because of it. They charged her another $200. She left so upset because of the way she was treated and because the warranty was not honored.

The worst business in the world! Sold us a used electric scooter but paid for a new one, the tire exploded a month after we owned it. Never fixed or replaced it, would not come out to service unless he had cash, his license to sell wxpired may of 2022, we purchased August. Sold illegally. Wouldn't recommend them to my dog. Worst people and company in Florida. Still being reported!

If you’re looking for a Mobility Scooter I highly recommend Mobility Styles! Matthew was so knowledgeable and just great to work with. My Go Go Sport was charged and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up! Matthew took the time to review all the scooter details and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!
