I come to this location every time I need a new phone or help, Harold has always assisted me and been great, but this time I dealt with Bebe, let me tell you she is amazing, knowledgeable and the fact that she speaks Spanish is a serious plus! She made our transaction fast and enjoyable! Keep up the amazing work! Now if she could be there more often would be fantastic!

Sky was the best ever ! I needed to transition my phone service from one carrier that I needed to leave ,to Metro service . In my situation the carrier that I had , had the phone locked. Meaning in this way it refrains you from going to another carrier. It took some time but she kept at it until I had my phone with Metro service . Thank you Sky ! ☺️

10 stars to Yana for helping us with my handicap son find a new phone that would work for him & a plan to fit his finances. If you want great customer service and a HELPFUL customer service rep I would suggest this place.

Went to upgrade and purchase a phone for myself and grabdma before her heart surgery. Picked a Samsung normally $469 thats upgrade price was $299 on the display and whay the sales woman said. She range it up, its $406. I point out the difference, "Oh, there was a price change a few days ago and we didnt update the paper. You still want the phone? Right?"No I dont want the phone. That's bait and switch pricing and I was under the impression illegal. Im really disappointed. Ive never had a MetroPCS do that to me before. Now after using Metro PCS for 15 years from California to Florida, Im considering leaving them and the TMobile network as that is tremendously shady behavior.

This was a very pleasant experience unlike any I've had in the past! The rep, Noel Perez, was phenomenal, so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the presentation of the phone and purchase! I will highly recommend Metro and Noel to future potential customers!

I actually went to metro pcs on kass circle twice today bought a phone then went back to lower my bill the young man that helped me out was jacob and to all the metro stores you definitely need more jacobs very respectful knows his job and could not have been a better help he it's the best keep up the good job jacob ur awesome looking forward to seeing u again to buy another phone
