My experience at this place was great, there is this guy named Romero and he helped me and my dad out a lot and he answered my questions correctly and help me understand and he treated everyone with respect.

Went to upgrade and purchase a phone for myself and grabdma before her heart surgery. Picked a Samsung normally $469 thats upgrade price was $299 on the display and whay the sales woman said. She range it up, its $406. I point out the difference, "Oh, there was a price change a few days ago and we didnt update the paper. You still want the phone? Right?"No I dont want the phone. That's bait and switch pricing and I was under the impression illegal. Im really disappointed. Ive never had a MetroPCS do that to me before. Now after using Metro PCS for 15 years from California to Florida, Im considering leaving them and the TMobile network as that is tremendously shady behavior.
