I had the most satisfying interaction with Arielle, store manager. She was pleasant, informative, and patient. Arielle helped me zero in on the issue I was having and fixed the problem in no time at all. 100% satisfied!!!!

Great customer service, very helpful. That being said, I tried to pay with a 100$ bill and they told me the machine they use to deposit there money would not accept it. The bill came from the bank, and I got the bill checked again and it was not counterfeit. Again customer service was awesome but it is a little embarrassing being told my money is not legitimate when it is.

I went into Metro by T - Mobile to see about buying a phone or getting a free phone, since I've been a customer and never got a free phone when I joined because I had recently gotten a phone from Cricket. Worse move ever to transfer a phone. Anyway, the system was down and she couldn't bring up my information. But it was 45 minutes before closing, so Ariel was a great help and answered many of my questions. Although the system (Spectrum) never did come up for the remaining time, she was so professional and gave me such good service I will come back and do business there with her. She already came highly recommended by a couple of friends of mine. You have a very special young lady there!

I love coming to this location. The girls Arielle, Gail and Sally are super nice and go above and beyond for you. I give them props for what they have to deal with on a daily basis, but they always make sure their customers are top priority.

Sally was incredibly patient with me and helped me find what I needed, within my budget. She spent extra time making sure that she transferred over all of my data, as I have no idea how to do that. She spent a very long time making sure that all of my needs were met!

I reached out to this location due to this is where I did my upgrade, I found out that the lady who did my purchase automatically added insurance to my phone plan without my permission or acknowledgement. When contacting the store again and speaking with the store manager Ariel she was very rude and disrespectful and told me I had to contact the owner to get my refund she was not very interested in helping me. I believe she needs more training on customer service

Ariel was AMAZING. She brought my Verizon bill which was $400 down to $100 a metro. I could cry. If you go there you need to specifically ask for her

If you visit this location ask for Ariele she's so helpful gave me the best customer service. Her co worker Gail is also a great team player they work so excellent together . Ariele made sure I got the phone I wanted she went beyond customer service for me, I much appreciated her for making it happen. This company should be proud she's on your team.
