I purchased a phone about a month ago I tried opening the case to put in my SD card in I noticed the phone was separating on the corner of the phone so I went to a Metro store to see if I could just change out the defective phone for a new Galaxy A14 which is what I purchased. I figured it wouldn't be a problem because I paid for insurance on the phone but the employee told me I had to pay a $65 deductible and get the nee phone activated which I believe was $50 plus $40 for service for the month I asked can't you take the Insured phone as the deductible but the employee was more interested in selling me a completely different phone so I called the Metro I purchased the phone at and asked the employee who answered the phone if I could bring the phone there and exchange it for the same model she said she was with a customer and hung up on me I will never deal with this place again

First walk in door and the store smells and looks so clean. Loved it. The assistance was great, got me just what I needed and a good deal. Friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Thank you so much.

I had the best experience at this Metro, They had what we needed and if they didn't they still helped us with all Our Questions.We were in and out with a Purchase of a iPhone.THEY WERE ALSO THE ONLY ONE IN HERNANDO COUNTY Spring Hill Area that We called and they were completely professional.

Another store messed up my girlfriend’s overseas plan, so I called this store for help. Dom was very patient and helpful! He definitely needs a raise or recognition because I know how frustrating service can be when helping customers over the phone. Thanks Dom!

Truly a good store to get your devices at, because they actually want to help you and not screw you over!I was up in the Springhill area, I came in today (04/13/2022) and I was truly happy with my experience, Zack was the most caring and helpful person there! He helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my phone and even fixed it for me without me asking! I'm one of those non tech savvy people but I feel like I left the store with much more knowledge than I ever had! Highly recommend this store for all your phone buying needs!

Its the worst I've ever gotten or went thru.im going to take my business elsewhere since only one supervisor is smart enough to look back at my account and see what has happened and gave me the advise to go to store with receipt and explain so that they can recall old number and the man at the location I went to said he could do nothing but I was given a reference # and supervisors name that said thats what I had to do.and I do not want to leave a star.

Had to replace a brand new phone due to phone not working right. Then had to wait for the new phone to come in. Went to pick new phone and had to pay a activation fee AGAIN because there phone failed. Also have to pay for a new phone protector! We have been with this company for many years and not satisfied. I even spoke to the General manager of Springhill Florida and she said she was to busy to handle it to call customer service. Also the warranty phone is not set up. Beyound upset with this company!

I will call someone and it will not connect or if it does they say they can't hear me. I'll call 5 or 6 times to get connected again and same thing!! I'm calling them again. Not sure if it's the phone or the service. Can't call even using WiFi. I hope it doesn't happen in a 911 situation. I've had 3 heart attacks and open heart surgery.

Buy a screen protector and it won't stay on my phone and they want me to spend another $20. Plus dollars for another one. Its not even been a week that I purchased the screen protector
