So I had a problem with customer service through the my metro app and long story short I had to drive to the store on 4 corners and the best employee metro PCS had hands down is a gentleman named Romero he went above and beyond and completely saved the day for my wife and I. His professionalism is a perfect 10 he took what was a big problem that the corporate office made for my wife and I and made it not onl back to what my original plan was but got both me and my wife unlimited plans at the price the let's say the (PERSON) at the corporate office promised me it would be then fell back on that promise. Romero made it happen because he knows his job and with out a doubt made it happen and so with that THANK YOU SO MUCH ROMERO . You should be promoted asap.

Romero was amazing he helped us in every way possible. To get my husband and I the plan we were supposed to have. He went above and beyond to do what he can to fix a customer service representative mistake. He is very professional and this company is very lucky to have him on their team

I went to the store to see different people there. Peter was the manager and I upgraded my phone with him a couple of months ago he was great. Now I go to upgrade my husband's phone the young men there were rude and especially more expensive fhe same phone I got come to find out that they charged me for accessories that I didn't want or need. Bad business practices and the guy with a beard smell like marijuana. Yuck

The owner, Peter, and his daughters he employees should be sure their customer isn't fluid in Spanish before they speak poorly about the customer in front of them. Terrible customer service and absolutely disgusting to insult your customers like that, spent 3 days in a row trying to get the phone he sold me to find a tower, it never did and of course no refunds after activation, so now I have a phone Peter sold me that doesn't work on their network, thankfully my bank reversed the charges. Can't believe the way you spoke about several of your customers when you thought nobody uderstand you Peter, be better.

I purchased a defective charger. The manager Peter refused to give me a refund. Had to get customer service on the phone. He was playing loud music and singing. Very rude when there is an upset customer trying to get an issue resolved.

I have been a loyal customer for several years and I have been to many Metro PCS stores and I have always been extremely unsatisfied with the way the sales representatives treated me and the service they provided. Both of my sales representatives (Johvany & Sally) were very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone I wanted to upgrade to.I will be returning to this location only in the future.

Josh was fantastic! He listened to what we wanted, showed us the phones that would handle our needs, did not try to upsell us, and cheerfully transferred the data from our old phone to our new phone. Great experience!

I tried to pay for my phone by paying over time by smartpay, which is a third party service that grossly overcharges what their statements say. I had a receipt saying I would be paying $440 for my phone if I had paid within a three month period, when I tried to pay it off in the second month, the total amount came to $530. The people working there were good, but who they're contracted with are scammers .

I visted this location on 1/10/2020. before this time I had visited many other Metro PCS locations, never was ever satisfied with their customer service. But this time was total opposite. Jeremy and Johnny helped me and were incredible. I cannot say more great things about them, they are quite the salesman, very friendly and knowledgeable about products. They did so well I even purchased 3 accessories as well as a new phone. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, they definitely need a raise!!!!!!
