“I attempted to make an appointment and it didn't process in the system. So I was then moved to a walk-in status. I waited longer than anticipated, however the manager handled this in a swift fashion. There was another walk in who was screaming at the staff. The staff member was very understanding and still advocated for herself. The manager resolved the situation and ensured his staffs safety. This was handled very professionally on all aspects. I have gotten all of my blood work, glucose testing for my pregnancy completed at this location. I highly recommend using Quest.”
“Great experience all the way around! I read the reviews and was very leery about using this facility. No longer. There were more than 10 people ahead of my husband and I when we arrived. We had no appointment. We were both finished within 20 minutes. People with appointments were taken first, as should be. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. Even shared a few words of pleasant conversation. She presented me an estimation of what my charges would be after insurance and requested a credit card. I asked if they would be charging me at this time. She said they would not and it was up to me whether I gave them my credit card or not. Both the technicians that worked with my husband and I were pleasant and well qualified. I barely felt a pin p***** Again, they shared in pleasant conversation while performing their duties. Even sharing that they were going to be using red colored tape for Valentine's Day and green for St. Patrick's Day.”
