I'm impressed about this place. Whatever you are looking for they seem to have it. OK, they don't have everything but, at least the times I have run into that, they seem to know where I can get it. I have a very good impression about the place, especially with their knowledge staff. I'll be back there again and again.Sometimes I think I can get better prices elsewhere but I'm always back. I don't know what it is but I feel very comfortable there.Today I found out that they carry various things for your pet. I found a very interesting treat for my dog. He is still in training and that requires a lot of treats. They have most things you would need for your dog, cat or other pets.

I had a negative experience with return of an item. I feel like I should’ve at least gotten a store credit. I cannot provide a valid receipt which I misplaced for this nozzle type of item for an air compressor. I wanted to return it because the air compressor broke so I don’t need the attachment anymore. The associate that processed the return ran my ID and this little paper prints out, saying that it needs a valid receipt to return. Of course it’s not her fault……… it’s the company. Very greedy for this company not to provide a store credit for me for an item that is only $13.98. I can see maybe a $50 item or $100 item or maybe if I was returning a bunch of items then yes, I can see a receipt would be necessary. One of the main points of this review is to let people know that when you return an item at Lowe’s make sure you have a receipt. They may even require receipt for an item that is two dollars for all I know. Very strict return policies!

I am a 10 year Army veteran. I love the commercials that say they support veteran's, unfortunately to get a veteran discount you have to register online giving personal information. My Florida drivers license shows im a veteran yet thats not good enough. So if I give my personal information online, they get hacked, my information can go into the hands of bad people or even our government. Its no one's business. Its definitely not Lowes business. And obviously they don't recognize my service that Florida recognizes.Fix the system or you lost my business...

Could not get help in store at 4 pm ask cashier she said it’s lunchtime. Called for manager nothing no he anywhere. No one works not even the manager. I’d fire him first Bad leader bad worker
