The lady that was at the customer service area was extremely rude and makes you feel very rushed! She acted as though she had no time to answer any questions or help with anything at all. Normally I like going here but will definitely be going to a different location rather than deal with someone treating ppl like that.

As always Lowe's almost has what you need then you go to look for it and you can't find it when you got to ask somebody when you can find the person to ask and that's not always easy like it is other places anyway I didn't find what I needed more than they have what I needed because I did find somebody to ask and they didn't find what I needed so yeah those didn't have what I needed so sorry lovers

I bought a lawn mower from them last week and it was supposed to arrive today. I was waiting all day for it to arrive and it never arrived. i called to ask and they gave me until Friday!!! i preferred to cancel the order and go buy it somewhere else as i need it urgently to mow my garden and they kept me waiting all day!!! 0 stars

I love that they are friendly and not anger like Home Depot employees. They also care about Veterans. I will never give my business to Home Depot again

I never have a good experience at lowes. Especially at checkout. At least depot keeps at least 1 or 2 cashiers, and that's still not enough but this place has none. One guy supervising us checking ourself out?. Way to support the community with less staff. I find myself going at Ace more just so I can have a person check me out.

Ordered a refrigerator for my mother in law on Memorial day weekend. They were to deliver it the next Saturday. Showed up with the wrong one. Rescheduled delivery for the next Saturday,Lowe's called the day before with delivery time. Waited all day to find out they never put it on the truck. And expect to wait another week, this is told B.S.
