Bad experience at this lab corp front desk rude and appears to be unhappy. Waiting room not clean. Will not be using lab corp in future

EVERY TIME i come here for blood work theres always an issue about what needs to be done. Either they never recieved what test i should be getting, if i bring a copy myself from the doctor they play dumb as if they dont have thr proper information on that piece of paper. So everytime i have to call my doctors office to have them re send a fax for the blood work. On top of all this i typucally need to fast for my tests and the i should have them sone earlier in the morning. But my doctors office doesnt open until 9. The front desk lady us ALWAYS rude and has an attitude. Ive been coming here for years only because im told this is the only place my insurance will take. My insurance has recently switched so im going to be looking for another place. There is a bloodwork place down the street by discoivery point that was amazing!

Great experience all the way around! I read the reviews and was very leery about using this facility. No longer. There were more than 10 people ahead of my husband and I when we arrived. We had no appointment. We were both finished within 20 minutes. People with appointments were taken first, as should be. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. Even shared a few words of pleasant conversation. She presented me an estimation of what my charges would be after insurance and requested a credit card. I asked if they would be charging me at this time. She said they would not and it was up to me whether I gave them my credit card or not. Both the technicians that worked with my husband and I were pleasant and well qualified. I barely felt a pin p***** Again, they shared in pleasant conversation while performing their duties. Even sharing that they were going to be using red colored tape for Valentine's Day and green for St. Patrick's Day.

My 1st impression was not a good one. I got a very weird ,creepy vibe when I entered. The receptionist was not friendly at all. The sign in is not clear and unorganized feeling. The waiting room was not very clean looking. Tv was off. Got called in and they took my blood within 5 minutes of sitting. The back room was gross! I felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Dirty walls,floors,and generally unsanitary looking. I felt uncomfortable. The tech girl was very nice which is why I put 2 stars,she was friendly and professional and the only positive to my visit. Quest is far superior in my opinion,Clean, Computer sign in easy and much easier to make appointment online. I do not recommend labcorp.

Very kind and professional. Never even hurts getting labwork but most of all the people are very compassionate. Special sparkle to Marge who gave me a glimmer of hope in tuff times. Not enough words to express my appreciation to the staff at this site. Thank you for your smiles and quick draws.

This docent deserve even a star I went to do drug tested for a job they treated me not so good very rude I turn around my partner saw one of the staff making fun of me very anti profesional I don't recommend this location

The place is NOT very sanitary or inviting upon arrival. The windows are dirty, walls are marked with shoe scuffs, chairs are old and very dirty and the floor needed to be cleaned or at least mopped. Receptionist is detached. I had my blood drawn 3 times in the last 2 months and had great people in the back, no bruising, very personable and caring.
My opinion is that if they updated this place with some paint and kept it clean and inviting, this would be a place I wouldn't be nervous about having a needle placed into my body.
