Where to start? We were shopping for Celebration of Life outfits for my Mother, who was widowed this past weekend. In a bit of a fog & on a recommendation - we quickly explained to Nancy why we were there. From that moment on it was magical. Nancy swept my Mother into a gorgeously appointed dressing room and began pulling together numerous pieces that complimented each other as well as my Mom. To watch the smile on her face was priceless!, Not only did we find the perfect outfit(s)!( the selections are AMAZING ) Nancy instinctively knew what would flatter, what cuts/brand & materials complimented one another -as well as our figures. Then there are the shoes- allI can say is try them on! This is a Woman owned multi- generational business that is breaking boundaries in customer service! Thank you for setting the bar so high!

Great selection. If they don't have it....they will get it if at all humanly possible. Cheryl and Nancy are so knowledgeable and size you up the minute you walk in. It is personalized service at its best!!!! When my sister comes to town to visit....this is the first place we go!!!!

I love the fact that someone's on the floor who can actually help you they know their store if you asked for what you're thinking that you like they're so accommodating, there are dressing rooms they even do alterations if need be my husband love the hot coffee this is like the kind of shopping that I adore thank you for taking good care of me today

What a fantastic store and what a fantastic experience we had today with James in menswear! I he was very experienced and very helpful… We guess we both thought the days of having somebody help you get fitted for a suit were over at department stores like this.
