Sold my son a truck the truck had a bunch of codes I believe he cleared the codes so that the truck had lights and as soon as my son left the codes came right back and now he’s refusing to make good on the piece of garbage he sold my son stay clear of this guy

robert got me into a great car his honesty ,compassion,and professionalism was awesome thank you so much for helping me out! i love my ford escape se ecoboost 2016. i was going thru a really bad time i explained to him he said all will go well! he handled everything all went smoothly! robert thanks again for everything i love my SUV.

Robert was so nice helping us with getting a car. He was honest, had the cars ready that we were wanting to look at, he gave us the time we needed to look it all over, didn't rush us in making a decision, didn't push us in making a purchase like some dealership due. I would definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle from here in the future. Great experience I am so happy I got the car that I was wanting at a great price. Once again thank you Robert

Thank you Robert, at Kismet auto sales !!! My husband and I had the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle . There was a couple hick ups , but Robert was there and helped us through them quickly and with ease. Truly best guy for the job , great with communication, and explaining everything in detail, worked with our bad credit, and gave us a great deal on the vehicle!!! the vehicle is absolutely perfect inside and out!!! So extremely happy with our purchase!!! If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle, I definitely recommend Robert at Kismet auto sales !!!

I had the BEST experience buying a car from the owner rob I had a really bad year I told him everything he went over and above to get me in a decent vehicle I am very pleased with the owner the car and the whole experience at kismet I would definitely recommend and I will be sending future business to him thank you rob

High mileage cars straight from auction. If you need a car now you can get one that runs. It will need work and a detail. Would not recommend to someone that doesn't know how to work on cars.

SIMPLY THE BEST SALES & SERVICE EVER!!!
Robert Digiorgio went above and beyond with the call of duty with incredible service he provided. I had been searching for a Honda Odyssey for several months, and I looked hundreds online with no success.
Fortunately, I came across one of KISMET AUTO SALES' Facebook Market Place posts, and that's when I met Robert Digiorgio.
He understood my needs and knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle!
He was very professional,friendly, and knowledgeable.But most importantly, he went out of his way to help me with purchasing a dependable car and financing it. I will be forever grateful ? and just amazed at how great the service is at KISMET AUTO SALES !!!
I have two sons who will also be purchasing their cars from Robert this summer.

By appointment only? I made the appointment, but he sold to a walk up at my appointment time. Kinda like the Seinfeld reservation episode, unbelievable. He wasn't even on-site until he agreed to meet with me. Maybe a commission or a kiss at least?

ROBERT IS A LIAR AND A THIEF!!!!
I bought a vehicle from Robert at Kismet and had an awful experience. He scammed me with the "I will pay 50% of any repairs up to $500 within the first 30 days" lie, I paid $1000 in repairs in the first two weeks and recieved nothing but grief and insults from this guy. I didn't even make it home with the vehicle before I encountered a $500 repair. I also paid him to do the DMV paperwork , he sent me a photo of a registration and told me to print it out and put it in my glove box, I had to go to the DMV to get the proper registration and title myself. Turns out the entire front end of my vehicle has been screwed back together with tec screws and is falling apart. The vehicle is now at the Honda dealer getting $3000 in mechanical repairs. I bought the vehicle for $5000 and 6 months later I have had to have $4,000 in repairs!
ROBERT IS A LIAR AND A THIEF!!! He is also extremely rude, particularly after the sale and on the telephone. This place needs to be investigated. This is not the kind of business we want In our community.

This is a small locally owned dealership, and the owner, Robert Di Giorgio, made sure that my car buying experience was a very smooth and pleasant one. He is very honest, friendly and reasonable.I live in Wesley Chapel and he made the trip to Brooksville worth it. Give Kismet auto sales and Robert a try if you have a need for a used car.

This has by far been the worst purchase we’ve ever made. Drove 2 lights down from the dealership and lights came on. Robert said he would fix it and it was basically us threatening to sue him in order to fix it. Robert fixed the bare minimum and not even two weeks later we had to have the car towed twice, hire a mechanic after a $4k estimate which Robert said was ridiculous and now it’s at VW with over $7k in issues. Basically out what we paid plus another few thousand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!

Robert said he would fix the speedometer issues so I agreed to buy the car. Gave him the 3500 and left car with him… 2 days later he said he couldn’t fix it. I picked up the car then broke down on the side of the road and had to have the car towed. What a scam!!! I have never felt so cheated in my life. Wish I had looked at these reviews before doing business with this con artist. He should be reported and his license should be taken from him.
