This store has an amazing staff. They are so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They treat Indiana Jones and I like family. I find us going at least once a week. The deals are great too.

Please explain to me why I should stay a member and get $5 or $10 off coupons or rewards when I cannot use them? If I like to feed my dogs Purina Pro Plan canned complete essentials and You charged $2.98 a can yet Petsmart, Petco and Chewy all charge same $2.45 a can. So I go to Pet supplies plus and they are okay with price matching after I go on internet in store and find every flavor. Then go to use my coupon Pet Supplies plus sends me and I cannot use coupon on price matches I should not have to do in first place? Seriously not a smart business practice!

This place is great. Wonderful staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all is Jamie, the groomer. She is excellent and my doodle loves her. Highly recommend.

Staff there is wonderful and eager to help. I never am in there very long before being offered assistance (maybe I really just looked overwhelmed and lost - lol). They do their best to offer their feedback and assistance on questions (fish and kittens lol). Good selection and pricing for most items.

Pretty good they will go above and beyond if you serious and nice, groomers are amazing took my girls once and I am definitely going back, best work I've gotten in this area other than another one time but she retired so don't take my word for it go and check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed

I was very pleased with this new pet store I bought several items and I will be bringing my pets there to try out their grooming department everyone should check them out they've got pretty good prices brand new store everything's neat clean and orderly and the staff was excellent go check them out!
