Madeleine did a great job preparing my tax return. She is very knowledgeable; easy to talk too and made me feel very comfortable and confident that she looked thoroughly to find all the deductions that was coming to me.

No customer service at all one of my family members had an appointment yesterday and it was confirmed and they gave the appointment to somebody else and they did not take care of my family member. They gave her another appointment for another day when she took the day off, specifically to come and do her taxes, not a good experience at all. No customer service.
