I will never buy lumber from here again. This is the worst place to buy lumber. I ordered lumber to build a shed. 2 of the walls are crooked, and out of level.75% of the lumber was twisted, warped, or had bad cuts/notches. I returned at least 8 bad, reorder, and got more bad lumber. From this day forward, I'll buy my lumber from Builders Source, 84 Lumber, or Lowes.

Have had way more people go out of their way in this store then their competitor across the street .(LOWES). People here have looked up parts for my garage door that they don't even carry so I order the right parts online. Guys in the rental department were great getting me a trailer rental to get my new mower home. But I would Definitely fire the guy smoking half a pack of cigarettes in the loading dock yesterday night.

I recently purchased microwave and oven from this Spring Hill store and had a slight problem with the microwave's installation. I contacted Sarah, Customer Order Specialist, and she made sure everything was taken care of. I haven't had good customer service like this in a while.

Trying to get some assistance was a chore and when I did get someone to talk to me they acted like it was a chore or I was bothering them. They may have been having a bad day but I won't return to the store for anything again I will go somewhere else for my home improvement needs.

Lori at the Pro Desk is AWESOME!!!My husband and I came in last week to pick up 10 boxes of LVP flooring and 25 bags of 50-pound leveling. This was needed to do repairs on a flooring project that we had done through Home Depot. We realized very quickly that all of this could not fit in our car. We would need a truck. Because we were doing our flooring project all through Home Depot, Lori found a way to secure a truck for us free of charge. Not a dime came out of our pockets for this. Laurie was phenomenal because she really made sure to convey to her manager what was happening and helped to secure the vehicle for us.I know there are quite a few people named Lori in the department, but I am making sure to spell it exactly as she said – – LORI – so that she knows this review is all about her! I would do business with her again any day! She really understands great customer service and works diligently to provide that, and she does it all with a smile!

We had the best service ever given at any Home Depot we ever visted by Victor today. He went way above to make sure I left there happy today. It was truly appreciated!

I buy a lot of plants. The plants at this location I've never had an issue with. Great selection. I wish the employees were a little more helpful but hey I have Google! Over all store is clean, well maintained and stocked!

"Mulch sale 3 for 10. Was 3.97" ... sign next to it says 3.33. only a penny difference but the "was" price makes you think it's a mulch better deal. If you lie, please consider doing a better job ?

Have always had the item I looked for but seems I always found with out any assistance from someone working. Almost avoided or just ignored unless I'm piling up 1,000$ worth of materials and electrical wires and such then they walk around with the assumption you may try to steal something. But ya great place for your home repair needs

Absolutely rude customer service at the return desk. Treated like a criminal trying to return $70 in hardware after spending thousands on building materials. Sorry you're too busy on your phone and chatting with coworkers to help your customers.

I love this store. They have better lumber than Lowe's. Plus I am a Roybi fan. I inherited some of the original blue ones from my Dad and the batteries from my green tools work just fine. Can't say that about any other cordless platform.

I don't know whether it's because it's Christmas time but everybody in the store was in a cheerful helpful mood. We even were able to help other people when there wasn't a home Depot employee nearby as I went in with my electrician. The cashier offered me a chance to open a credit card and get $50 off so we had been chatting while I was filling out the forms and she said well you're the nicest customer I've ever had. So all in all the home Depot had good products I bought a kitchen light an LED light and it is so beautiful. And I bought my laminate wood flooring for my living room and it's installed now and looks beautiful. So Merry Christmas everybody today is like December 9th I think, be well

Totally disgusted with Home Depot. Just purchased over $5,000 in appliances and upon delivery I was informed that they were unable to install my new dishwasher and fridge. Informed me that they needed to send a plumber. Informed me to call the 800#. Upon calling I was informed it takes 3 business days for someone to reach out to set something up. So now I have two refrigerators & two dishwashers sitting in my kitchen. Worst customer service!! And to top it off I was charged $120 for appliance removal and yet I have all my old appliances currently sitting in my kitchen along with the new unhooked appliances as well. I was charged $175 for installation and installation never happened..

OK selection of plants, soils and mulches, though I wish they had more natives and fewer of the same old boring landscaper standbys. At least they occasionally mark plants down instead of discarding and wasting plants that have gone past peak but can still be revived. As far as inventory on plumbing supplies or electric supplies, if you already know what you need, then you will most likely have to find it yourself because employees are sometimes hard to catch or already cornered by other customers. If you need to ask questions about a product or method of repairing something, go very early or on weekdays to avoid crowds, so employees have a moment to answer your questions thoughtfully. They usually do know enough to be helpful and in my experience they are always courteous and friendly, though often rushed. If you are in a hurry for hardware, need just the right nuts and bolts, and not wanting to spend time just browsing and shopping, go to an Ace Hardware and get your project done a lot quicker. Big box stores are more suitable for people who enjoy spending time just looking and shopping.
