I am so pleased with my service. Tim Hill was so thorough and kind and understanding through the entire process. Medicare was brand new to me and he was so patient and explained and answered all questions and concerns. Most of all, everything came correctly and on time because he had me so prepared. I’d never use a different agent!

Tim is a blessing. He was recommended to me by a Distance Swimming friend who had just received Insurance assistance from Tim. I explained to my friend that the continual rising prices for our (Spouse & I) Supplement Insurance was no longer acceptable and also did not include a Gym Membership. I then contacted Tim. Tim then proceeded to send us a Preliminary Application to review and complete; he stepped us through each question and additionally answered all of our questions and concerns. He is very professional and friendly and made the process very easy! He did all the legwork for us; from reviewing our application with us to completing the Application online and submitting it to the Insurance Company for us; all we had to do is sign it electronically. The result was my wife was approved immediately and I was directed to speak to the Insurance Underwriting Department to answer some questions, which I did. They in turn rejected me due to a Chronic Condition. However, this condition was surgically corrected. I later received a letter stating I could Appeal this decision. Tim instructed me to go ahead and contact them, which I did. The Insurance Underwriter then verbally stated that I could appeal the decision by providing the past two years of documents from my Specialist and my Primary Doctor, but the end result would still be a rejection. I was ready to give up and call it a day, but this is where Tim did his Magic. He immediately followed up with the Insurance Company, had a positive discussion with them and was given the go head for me to Appeal the Case. We both agreed to wait a few more months to assure I had solid Medical Documentation from my Specialist and Primary Doctor. I paid a visit to each of my doctors, explained the situation and they, in turn, provided the necessary two years of Medical Documentation to the Insurance Underwriting Department and in addition, each provided supporting Positive Letters. Thanks to Tim’s tenacity, positive outlook and thoroughness I am now approved. The process took 5 months! Tim not only saved me a ton of money by switching our Supplement Insurance but also additionally saved us about $1,300 in Gym fees. Like I stated, Tim is a blessing to us! He never takes his eye off the ball!
We will recommend him to anyone and everyone that will listen. Out of a Rating of 1-10 we would give Tim a Rating of 11.

Just finished up our application for Medicare with supplements,Timothy Hill was great at helping us navigate though all the technical stuff and he also processed our application,can’t say enough about how helpful he was,very knowledgeable great communication and easy and friendly to talk too, thanks Tim

Originally contacted Tim 2 years ago when I first thought about relocating to FL. Tim periodically kept in touch; so, when I finally did move, it was only natural to contact him for my insurance needs. Tim is very thorough and patient taking time to fully explain, compare and review plans. Once you are enrolled, Tim goes the extra mile and follows up to insure you have received everything you need from the insurer. Can’t say enough good things about Tim!

I was referred to Tim Hill by someone from SHINE - I had a complicated situation that I was doing for a friend with dementia. And was SHINE right - Tim walked me through the entire process, handholding when necessary, and always knowing just which steps we should take next. I knew nothing about this whole process and yet Tim never made me feel uninformed or inadequate, and my friend now has returned to regular Medicare with a supplement and Part D drug coverage. I can't say enough about how helpful he was - thanks, Tim!

Timothy Hill had helped relatives of mine in the past, so I gave him the first shot at finding the right Medicare Plan for my particular situation. I believe he did that quite well and I am happy with how things have gone so far.
