Normally I do not encounter this... however, covering up DOG URINE SMELLS with tons of ammonia cleaner to the point it burns your eyes is UNACCEPTABLE! & put the microwaves BACK IN the rooms... you're looking cheap...

Was a nice quiet stay at a very busy hotel. Jennifer at the front desk was especially helpful. When the room we were assigned had issues she was quick to accommodate.

We have stayed here twice. The room is a little dated, but was clean. The reason I gave 4 stars was no microwave in the room. When you stay a few nights, a microwave is very convenient. They may have one in the lobby, but that's not real convenient. Staff was friendly and we had no issues.
