I Love great rooms and there staff .There furniture is great quality and there staff they make you feel like family and willing to help as long as you stay in contact with them. If your in need of furinture i suggest them.

Amazing customer service by the delivery team, they were greeted by my young littles and interacted with them as if they knew them forever!!rafael was amazing when I walked in and told him What I needed for my daughter and he even went and got a bow to put on her bed as it was a Christmas gift!! Highly recommend and highly appreciated Rafael!!

The staff is awesome. Application was fast and easy the delivery guys were on time and very friendly. I purchased a sectional the quality and pricing were great. I will definitely be back for more.

Great experience when recently visited. They answered all my questions over the phone and stayed open late so I had time to get what I inquired about. Store is in a great location. It was ice cold and in this heat was a welcome addition. Store was neatly arranged and has a comfortable atmosphere compared to other stores. I was treated well and on a holiday weekend at that. No rushing, no pushing, and payments are well within what I expected. A special thanks to Rafael and everyone there for making my first experience a great one. Recommend anyone looking for a great store in the area to check them out.

I have bought MANY things from great rooms on Spring Hill Dr and their service is the absolute best! Everyone is friendly and they are on time if not early with their deliveries. I love everything I have gotten from there and have no complaints on quality. This place is the best and I will be getting more in the near future ?

I feel compelled to share my experience with Great Rooms, a company that has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Their relentless spam calls and lackluster service have made me regret ever considering them for my furniture rental needs. I urge everyone to think twice before engaging with this company.From the moment I made the mistake of giving them my contact information, the floodgates opened. Their incessant spam calls have become a never-ending nightmare. It's as if they have no regard for personal boundaries or common courtesy. Despite my countless attempts to request that they stop calling me, their persistence remains unmatched. This company has absolutely no respect for their customers' privacy.To make matters worse, their service leaves much to be desired. The furniture I rented was delivered late, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When it finally arrived, it was in a poor state—damaged and shabby. I expected better quality for the exorbitant price I paid. Furthermore, their customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to voice my concerns.On top of their subpar service, their pricing is outrageously high. The exorbitant fees they charge for rental furniture are unjustifiable, considering the poor quality and unprofessionalism they display. It's clear that this company is more interested in making a quick profit than in providing a satisfactory experience for their customers.In summary, my experience with Great Rooms has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their relentless spam calls, combined with their subpar service and exorbitant prices, have left me utterly dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone in need of rental furniture to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable alternative that values its customers' privacy and provides quality service.
