Have been shopping here for years and the prices for donated goods has steadily climbed, everything from t-shirts to stuffed animals are nearly reaching full retail prices for pre-owned goods, patronizing smaller thrifts is a better choice.

Just left empty handed. Last week the donated shirts were 6.98 , I thought that was a little high for donated clothes. This week the first 4 shirts I picked up were $8.98 ! Really ??!! I'll buy new before I pay $9 for a used shirt. We were not the only couple walking out empty handed. Keep it! Also irritating when the cashier asks you to donate your change when checking out "to help their mission". I thought by purchasing overpriced donated goods that was enough.

Donate to the local places around spring hill. Jericho and st Vincent. Goodwill won't even give a homeless person a pair of shoes. The prices are also unreasonable for used donated stuff.

Okay I'm not even going to lie Goodwill gets all these things to sell and they don't pay a dime for them and the prices have gotten to the point where they're almost at retail it should be embarrassing the employees could care less but when you walk into the store and you find shirts that you can go right down to Walmart and buy brand new off the rack for the same price I suggest that people do that I don't think they're the employees are taking the time even if it's very quickly to check the products that they're throwing out there if shoes don't have bottoms on them please don't put them on the rack what good is it if furniture that I've been told can't be sold because it's got stains on it is sitting on your floor and it's got stains on it please maybe make the attempt to clean it the bathrooms are disgusting always disgusting they used to take the time and I know it gets hard with a lot of people grabbing and moving stuff but the shelves used to be pretty cleaned up now never it is a disaster it just makes you wonder but it's the prices that piss me off okay you get the stuff for free can you turn around and now you're selling it to people at almost retail maybe it's time somebody took a second look at donating I know personally that I don't shop Goodwill as much as I used to and I really don't donate much to Goodwill anymore I'll find a shelter how I can find people on the street corner to hang clothes too I don't think that Goodwill should be doing this to people who need good prices because it's hard times are hard right now if everybody could pay retail they would so I think good will need to take a second look at itself shame

As with all goodwill their prices are more than u can purchase new. They have online stores and are selling on ebay. They're taking all the good stuff n selling online. What a waist of time anymore. I'll go to Marshall's and buy new clothes for these prices.

Came in 11/14 at 2pm Only one cashier. 3 employees ignored the very long line. After 10 mins and 40 people in line someone called all cashier's to the front. One cashier came. Hire more people. You can afford it. Everything is profit

Don’t give goodwill you’re business. A older female worker talked very rudely to us all because we weren’t standing in the correct line. We were next regardless and no other customers were there at the time she was taking long checking out one customer she waited until another customer showed up to tell us in a rude tone. Put down the items and left not giving a place like this business for a worker to talk rudely to you and she purposely waited until another customer showed up to say it.

I used to find decent clothes ( to help out unfortunate folks )there eventhough they are used , simply also because the prices are truly affordable , of course these are donated used clothings. After the pandemic, everything changes , more so with the excuse of ‘inflation’ their prices are raised at least two to three dollars more for a worn tee shirt or worn blouse which was hung in there for a few years!Come on GoodWill. You’re supposed to help the less fortunate! & we are helping you.

Another thrift store with crazy high prices people who shop here might as well go to Ross or Wal-Mart and get it new corporate greed everywhere and with things triple the cost from a few years ago you would think goodwill of all places would get that and make things cheaper I don't think 7 and up for used clothing is saving any money it's making huge profit and not really helping the less privileged

I always find great selection and very decent prices at Goodwill for women's clothes. The pricing throughout the rest of the store can be inconsistent and too high or reasonable. There is free off-street parking. They accept cash and major credit cards for payments.

I want to congratulate this Goodwill for doing something so simple, and yet so rarely done in the other goodwill stores. I bought some records there, and instead of huge price labels stuck on the album jackets, they had a handy piece of paper at the register with different price labels on it, appropriately marked. The employee scanned the 'albums' price label and entered the number of albums I had. Done!! They get the ease and quickness of the scanner price label, and I get my purchases in a NOT RUINED condition. I have noticed in recent years (with horror) these price labels being attached to albums, book covers and other items that will be damaged if the purchaser tries to remove them later. I once called out a goodwill store manager over some 45 rpm records that had these price stickers plastered onto the record labels. I told the manager if you can remove the stickers without damaging the record label, I'll buy them. They couldn't. I left empty handed. I've lost count of the times I've told Goodwill employees that sticky and paper don't mix well. Kudos to this store! They have (1) saved money, 'cause those labels aren't free (2) saved time and effort, as they don't have to waste time labeling every bit of media on sale, AND (3) helped their customers to be happy with their purchase, instead of annoyed. I challenge the management of this store to share my review with their bosses! And their bosses with their bosses, and so forth and on up the ladder! Let's get this simple, but oh-so-smart method in practice at EVERY goodwill store in the country!!!

Prices are out of control and customer service is non-existent. The line is always to the back of the store & slow moving while staff stands around. They also can’t seem to set up a queue, so the line ALWAYS blocks the tshirts. They are impossible to look at unless you stand on the check out line. Last two times we walked out in frustration.
