Absolutely dog shit of a dealership, bought a used vehicle in December with AC broken, fixed the issue and 6 months later the AC goes out again and wants almost 2,300 dollars... I would of have to spend almost 6,000 dollars on repairs within the first 6 months of owning this vehicle

Not too happy, apparently when you set an appointment, and drop your vehicle off for the day they don't even bother to look at it that day. Don't really understand the appointment aspect then. Total waste of my time and they didn't even bother to call me till almost closing time, all to inform me that, they didn't even look at my vehicle. They said the reason they couldn't look at it was because there computers have been down,(not my problem as a customer, they shouldn't have booked me an APPOINTMENT knowing they couldn't take on that workload) I don't understand why they made me an appointment in the first place if there computers were down. Anyways I Highly Don't recommend bringing your vehicle here for any sort of service/warranty work. Oh and if you do good luck booking an "appointment".

I just purchased my fourth car (2022 Mustang GT) from Mark Dumovich and Flammer Ford. Once again Mark and the Flammer Ford staff have exceeded my expectations. As with the last three vehicles purchased, Mark was straightforward and honest making the process seamless. He is exceptionally professional and just a good guy. Mark has made me a loyal customer of Flammer Ford and he will have my business again for my next car purchase. I also want to recognize Todd and Mike in the Service Department. I have maintained all my vehicles at Flammer and Todd and Mike have been incredibly helpful with any maintenance issue I had large or small. Ryan, a Master Ford Tech is a wealth of knowledge and is one of the best auto mechanics I know. After years of visiting dealerships and getting the runaround, I finally found a place where you are not just a customer, you are family. Thank you, Mark, all the Finance and Services guys, and the entire team at Flammer Ford Spring Hill for another great car buying experience!

They continue to text my work cell phone about recalls. I don't have any recalls pending. They did this before and I made a huge stink and they told me they would never do it again. Just woke me up at 8:30 after working 15 hours. I did not buy my vehicle from them. Was only service there one time ever. The one time I had my truck worked on they did a recall that was very iffy I did not ask for. Many people have had trouble with the cam phaser reprogramming and I was about to go on a trip. Did not need the problems. Was running great. I never approved it. The service manager lied to me and said it was a safety issue. That's a flat out lie. I called him a liar. Will not be back for multiple reasons. The text message was the icing on the cake for sure.

I purchased a mini cooper from these guys and the process was flawless. I traveled 3 1/2 hours from Jacksonville, Fl. After a long drive they had me in and out in an hour. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely consider this dealership if you want 5 star service.

My last car was 13 years old so when I needed another I went to Flammer Ford in Spring Hill. Great staff! They are friendly, knowledgeable and I got a great interest rate. It's been awhile since I've had a new car so having someone to show me all the gadgets was key. Dave Donovan was especially helpful. So when my husband needed a new truck we again went to see Dave. Thanks for helping us we will be back.

It all started with a Facebook meme, seriously! I'd been shopping for a mid-size truck for months. Since late last year, I had realized that I outgrew my current vehicle and was needing a truck. After going round and round with multiple Chevy, GMC and Ford dealers, needless to say I was exhausted. I got out of work late one night, was scrolling Facebook and came across a sponsored post from Flammer Ford. Being the sarcastic guy I am, I dropped a "wanna play a game" gif and then dropped 2 different quotes with personal identifying information removed. The next morning Art dropped a Tombstone movie gif declaring "I'll be your huckleberry" at this point I knew I was dealing with a completely different dealer. Art reached out via messenger to me, we swapped phone numbers and the games began. Only.....there were no games! Art hooked me up with Wayne and the two of them busted their chops for me! My work schedule made getting in hard (literally I've been waiting for my job to start charging me rent) and a lot of the time I would reply after 1-2AM and wake up to replies and working on things trying to hammer them out. This went on for a few weeks and we actually ended up joking with each other via text for quite a while. Art and Wayne would reach out a few times a week and we were playing one heck of a game of phone tag for a good while. Finally they were able to get me in and we were able to get to work. A+ experience, honest to god if I'm living out of state my next car purchase, I'm bloody flying or road tripping down. - ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE (aside from when we got comfortable and were joking with each other but even then it was Wayne and Art working towards getting me to my goal of a new truck lots of laughs involved in getting me in) - When I arrived they had the truck I was looking at pulled right up front, ready for inspection by me - When I walked in Art with a huge smile gave me a joke about me finally emerging from my house starting off with a laugh and a firm handshake - Wayne came over and realized that I had finally shown up (HA), a big smile and greeting - There were no "jedi mind tricks" to get you to come sit down, very open dealership with little to no walls or contorted hallways through the process - THE ONLY DEALER IN FLORIDA THAT THE SALESMAN/WOMAN ALLOWED ME TO TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE ALONE -- I wasn't babysat, I was literally given the keys, a photo of my license was taken and a dealer tag put on -- as I left "take as much time as you need friend!" - Upon returning from the test drive there were no golf carts stalking me back into the lot, no impatient salesman trying to get me out and in to sign paperwork they let me work on this decision and the truck at my own pace. SALES PROCESS: - No haggling shenanigans. Seriously, I'm X-Plan which means I pay X price, it's printed straight on every invoice, this was the only dealership not irked over it! Wayne had the invoice in hand for me to inspect -- there was no push back, no mentions of "we're not making anything on this - NEVER ONCE during the deal or going over everything was there a push to get me to buy -- NOT ONCE -- . - Wayne worked hard to find any and all rebates available to use towards the purchase, asked questions and searched tons of databases looking for ways to allow for more rebates. - Wayne was absolutely fantastic with my elderly grandmother, seriously give this man a raise - Art came and checked a few times on things and was highly knowledgeable on a lot of different questions I asked - Financing dept was a breeze, Dave was super laid back, none of those sneaky pete attempts to pad the financing -- I had to ask for gap insurance, nothing was assumed auto add-on, only what I wanted I've purchased about ten cars in twenty years at dealerships, I kick myself that I didn't find this dealership sooner. To Art and Wayne -- y'all were indeed my huckleberry, don't ya change anything! Seriously best car purchase experience of my entire life.

If you are looking for a pleasant, hassle free car buying experience I highly recommend Flammer Ford of Spring Hill. Most dealerships are stuffy and you feel pressured. Flammer is like a family. Everyone is friendly, funny, and light hearted. They don't just care about selling you a car today to make a buck. They want to not only sell you your car today but also your next car and your family and friends all cars. It's a relationship you will be glad you created. You will never DREAD the car buying experience again, TRUST ME!!!

I was very apprehensive and nervous going into a dealership on my own to purchase a vehicle. Flammer ford and sales manager Blaise Connolly took all my fears away. I did not feel any pressure at all and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Blaise got me an amazing deal on my dream car and I absolutely will be going back to flammer ford for my next vehicle!!!!
