Very disappointed in there customer service6 months with brand new stove that doesn’t workProperly had service people come out 2 times and now they can’t get the part to repair it .Would not recommend them to anyone,and I was told not to go there my bad!!!

Our microwave finally quit and repairs were approaching the cost of a new one. I searched Famous Taste’s site and found the exact same model as our current one. I made a phone call to confirm availability and made the purchase over the phone and scheduled the delivery and installation. Very easy transaction.

We only shop at Famous Tate for our appliances! They have competitive prices and great salespeople who can help us decide what will best suit our needs. Mike did the installation and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Once again a very satisfactory experience!

I created an order on-line for an LG washer and dryer. It was handled by Bill, the Sales Manager in Spring Hill. He was very fast in responding to my emails. He helped me get the available rebates.I was very concerned about the delivery because Famous Tate hires a sub-contractor to handle the deliveries. I was happily mistaken. These two gentlemen couldn’t have been more considerate. The removal of the old appliances and the installation off the new ones were great.I plan to replace my kitchen appliances in the fall. I hope Famous Tate does as well with the pricing and delivery as they did with the washer dryer. I would like to do additional business with them.

Chris Walker as well. Everyone was so very pleasant and helpful. This store will be my "go to" when I need a new appliance.

If you're looking for a new appliance, you won't find a better customer experience than the one you'll have at Famous Tate in Spring Hill. Mike and the rest of the staff made the process as easy as could be. My mom is thrilled with her new refrigerator and I owe a great deal of that Mike. Thank you so much. I purchased a $2,000 mattress and box spring set that I picked out in the store. It was a deluxe pillow top, but what they delivered feels like a rock. I have given it time to "break in" but I really hate it. I really wish I had returned it within the 30 days, but kept hoping I would adjust. It's been over a year and my body hurts every night from this horrible expensive bed. I feel like they gave me a different bed and I got cheated. Soon I will get a new one, from somewhere else! I won't be back to Tate's!!

I like having a local appliance specialty store instead of big box store. Tessa was very helpful - she listened to my needs and directed me to the best mattress for my budget. We needed an adjustable mattress for my husband recuperating from hospitalization, and we needed it quickly. Delivery was within 2 days and delivery guys were very efficient and helpful. Highly recommend Famous Tate's in Spring Hill.
