I have sooooooo many good things to say about this place that a few sentences here, just can't do it justice. The first big thing, is your loan officer. Jacqueline Bezares could not have been a better loan officer to help us through this process. Home buying is a scary and trying process. There are so many nuances and tid bits, that buyers just don't think about. Jacqueline made the process so much easier, smoother, and less scary. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how silly or dumb they were. Always available for number crunching, advising, and any calls we may had. We are first time home buyers and owe it all to E-Loans and Jacqueline.If you're looking for a lender and loan officer, look no further than here.

I cannot even begin to express in words how incredible this whole team is here! Lisa and Regina were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing our home! They were so communicative and answered my five million questions making sure I understood everything at every step. They even got us money back at closing!!! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else besides Althia and the amazing Lisa and Regina for this big step in our lives! It was a pleasure working with Jacqueline at E Loan Mortgage. She made sure that she over communicated and even went the extra mile to get me into a VA loan which other companies told me would be too difficult and time consuming. Even now, 6 months later she continues to reach out and make sure things are going well AND she made sure we had filed for our home exemption. I've never had a mortgage company this dedicated to helping. When it's time to refi there's only one person I'm calling and that's Jacqueline.

This is the second time we had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline at E Loans Mortgage and I am so happy we did. Jacqueline is great to work with and goes above and beyond her job title. They made the process of a home loan so easy and simple for us and that was really needed with full time jobs and 3 kids. I believe this is a company that truly cares and I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I seriously want to give a HUGE shout out to Lisa and Regina. I am an example of how important it is to know your lender before hiring them. I had an awful experience that left me feeling unsure about everything with my last lender. 2 weeks before our closing date I decided to fire our lender and hire Lisa. I was told previously I would never get approved for a loan and Lisa and her team made it happen! Given the short time frame and out going issues she completed the task and we closed today on time. I can not think these two enough for all of thier excellent hard work and how caring they were with my husband serving and currently deployed. They took the most stressful situation and flipped it giving me so much ease at mind. After 3 months of not sleeping I was finally able to rest my head knowing it was now in thier hands. I will forever use them for anything in the feature with our home. Today we offically became HOME OWNERS and I can not think this company enough!!!!! THANK YOU LISA AND REGINA!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIRING THIS DUO ❤️❤️❤️ ???

Al and his team are top notch. They assisted us superbly during the worst home purchase experience we’ve ever encountered. Al and his team made sure that our funding and paperwork was 10 steps ahead. If only the realtor worked as efficiently as they did. Al was there to be our sounding board when things went sour and definitely did more than any other mortgage guy would do.
