I was a patient here and the level of care was horrible,One tech was fishing in my veins which caused me to almost passout,I tried to get ahold of the case manager and the medication specialist and it took months. When I finally spoke to the case manager about my issues her response was "well maybe you should go to another facility" I was shocked instead of helping address tje issues on my level of care they told me to go elsewhere plz don't use divita

Update: May 9,2017 the new head of the center Is Disciplining the staff in front of all the patients and staff, making my mother extremely upset it's unprofessional and rude and disrespectful to the staff that put in a lot of hours. This place is amazing. They take great care of my mother. Thank you Dr's and Valerie and Jeff!!!!

How can I review this center? There is alot of bad and some good. Some of the techs do care for the patients and some are there just for the money. One tech bragged that she transferred from another center and was making more than most of the techs because her pay was locked in at a higher rate. The real kicker is that she infiltrated my access 3 times in the last 3 months I've been going here. Got so bad I told her I dont want her putting me on anymore. Ive witnessed an exorcism preformed by a tech to another tech with a bag of saline. On the same day of the exorcism i was also in the cross fire with 2 techs chasing each other with syringe needles filled with saline and were spraying each other with the saline. I wish their were other dialysis units available in this area but their arent and the quality of health care is very poor in Spring Hill, Florida. Techs complain about nurses and nurses complain about techs, these people cant work as a team and I have to put my life in their hands. The reason I put 2 stars is because I still have hope for the new techs they brought in. They truly care for the patients still. The techs and nurses that have been with the facility for a while are more worried about when there gonna retire before caring for us. Other patients dont like the facility and wish they could go elsewhere for treatment but their is non available that close by. If you can, avoid this center and go elsewhere.
