I needed to have a necklace repaired for my Grandson and I was quoted around $80. The actual cost was $120. I chose this store because it has been here a long time and has a good reputation. The work was not satisfactory and we had to have it polished to meet an acceptable appearance. Beware this is also one of those establishments that charges a 3.99% upcharge for credit card usage. A debit card is as good as cash in most places now. Turns out the real reason they've been here this long is by price gouging people trying to patronize local businesses.

I've never had any problems they always do a beautiful job for me it's just that some people do not realize how much gold has gone up and I feel if you love your jewelry it's worth fixing it thank you for being so good to me?

We have used Dan-Lo Jewelers for a number of years, both buying jewelry and repairing jewelry. This is not a glitzy high pressure store, but a simple store with many antique pieces. We have always been treated with respect and if they do not have what we are looking for in stock they will order what we want. They are friendly and listen to what we say we want, but will tell us if something won't give the desired effect. I appreciate that honesty! Their prices have always been fair. Repairs have been well done and do not need to be redone because of shoddy work. We will continue to use them for our jewelry needs.

Denise was very friendly and professional. Very reasonable pricing. Cleaned and repaired jewelry I brought in. And we purchased a ring and watch for anniversary. We have found our jeweler.

Went there w/ a very sentimental heart with my mom's finger prints on it. It wouldnt fit on my chain. So she took the time to resolve my problem in matter of minutes. I wasso appreciative it meant alot. Check them out.

I really would like to give the owner Denise a good review.So here is the skinny as "I" recall.I took a neck chain in to have the hasp repaired.Okay it only was "solid" for about 2 weeks. It fell off of me.I did take take it back to her and she was truly sad to know that a piece that she had purchased for the repair went "bad".So far so good.I am waiting now for her "NO" charge repair.I will give her store the benefit of the doubt but I have read some truly tragic posts abut there.I just (hope) that I get my necklace back soon and do not have to fret over it.This is the Spring Hill, Fla. location.

WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAN LO JEWELERS AGAIN.Our experience at Dan Lo Jewelers has been a nightmare, the first wedding set I picked up and took home to my wife for her birthday didn't match and was took back that same week to be exchanged (the recipe was written for a watch but yet I took home a ring set). They didn't offer many wedding sets in store so when we returned we picked one from the book and were told it would be ready for pick up in a few weeks, 6 weeks later it was ready for pick up and wasn't even the ring we picked from the book but my wife took it home after paying a up charge of $400 more for a ring set we didn't even pick. Skip to today a little over 8 months and the ring snapped in half and the band is now missing a stone. This is the 3rd ring set I have got my wife and I've never had such a horrible experience.

Just a quick question.I had them replace a lobster claw like hasp for me on a man's necklace.Final bill? $77.00 US dollars.I just wanted this neck chain fixed.Is this a standard practice to charge almost as much for the repair as I did pay for it back in 1992?They did fix it and did shine it up nicely.Was that/this a very inflated price?Thank you.

Great customer service and many jewelry pieces to select from! We always go there for anything we are looking for whether wedding sets, anniversary, chains and watches. Denise is so great to work with and always finds us what we want! Highly recommend!!!

If I could give a ZERO it be a double ZERO buyer beware! I went to this local jeweler to upgrade a 4 prong diamond engagement ring, to a 6 prong and maybe a little bling to go with it. The hubby and wife were there, my better half and I expressed what we were there for. The wife then takes my ring uses her " little zapper" and proceeds to tell me my diamond is FAKE! I was so taken back, I kept my cool in the store but inside I was so upset thinking did we get taken for a ride on my ring? My wheels were spinning I was like how in the heck did this happen so fourth and so on...With everything that happened so quickly in the store I had TOTALLY forgotten that I have certified GFI stone and there is NOTHING fake about my ring! I would never recommend this store to anyone I know. My opinion the wife's zapper was "a crock" just like them, & they were trying to get my diamond cause it was better looking than anything the had in their store!!

I had ordered my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from them.. they knew exactly what we were looking for and within our budget, Her wedding band was late, put on back order and the owner gave us a band for free for our troubles Such nice people and they make you feel so much at home.. Best jewelry store in Spring Hill by far!!
