Just ripped off by CVS again. Went for a 12 pack of Coca-Cola, looked online first, it was supposed to be $9.99. But in the store, they charged me $10.79 EIGHTY CENTS MORE! Total BS! Then when I used my 2 discounts, they applied them so I got the least amount off. Should have done the 20% off 1 item first, then the $5 off any purchase. So not including tax, what should have cost me $2.99, was $4.63. I'm DONE with CVS!!!!

Pharmacy is awful. I had a prescription called in at 9PM. I called several times to check status and got no response due to having an automated system. They call me at 7:30AM to tell me my order is being worked on. When I got there the Pharmacist said they didn't fill it because I didn't give them my Insurance information and to come back later. Someone needs training on time management and customer service skills. Will do anything possible to not come back to this location. According to Google this is a 24/7 Pharmacy so I'm not sure why it took 11 hours to fill some Antibiotics.

The worst pharmacy have ever been too. The pharmacist is rude and difficult to get on the phone: have had to count medication when pick it up because have returned home to find there were many missing doses. I dread going there so transferred to another pharmacy. The cashiers provide good customer service but I wouldn’t advise anyone with a chronic illness to go to this pharmacy;

Great store. Nice and clean. The staff goes above and beyond. It's a great place to find a deal and save a few dollars from everyday items to a simple gift for a loved one. I shop here as a member and love to share the five dollars a month to be one is worth it. Thanks CVS for providing an honest way to shop and a great place.

The automated service they have for the pharmacy is horrible I had to repeat everything, it didn't get 95% of what I said right even with yes or no and now you don't even get connected to a person it's a call back that doesn't necessarily happen in a quick manner. I understand digital as I deal with it on a daily basis but this system needs work.

Pharmacy employee tried to make me pay full price wouldn’t help me out with coupon or good RX pricing.. Also, you can no longer call and talk to anyone on the phone here waited on the phone for over a half an hour. Suggest going someplace friendly because CVS ain’t it.

Used a disposable camera for the birth and first days of my newborn. I thought it would be an awesome surprise once developed. Took it to cvs and waited a month, finally called them and they said they couldn’t tell me if my photos were there or not. So I came down and the clerk handed me multiple packages for me to look through. As I looked through other peoples photos I noticed most of them were black, or there weren’t many in the package. I thought that was odd. Finally found mine. There were 4 pictures, out of 30 that came on the camera. All but 2 were black. I’ve never experienced this before. What ever service they’re using to develop peoples pictures, well it’s not. Sadly all those wonderful moments were destroyed. Thankfully we took some with our phone. I used to take my film to get developed at Walmart. Now I wish I would’ve just stuck to them.

Terrible pharmacy. Don't use them at all cost. They are never on time. They give you incorrect information. It's always a hassle. Do yourself a favor and go to a pharmacy who is educated and knows how to give proper customer service.

The pharmacist here, Ahmadi Soolmaz, PS54128, is exceptionally vile and inconsiderate to her patients. I needed to ask a medication question - as a caregiver, it is not always possible for me to arrive at the pharmacy in person. Upon answering the phone she shouted at me to “call the patient line!!!!” and hung up the phone. I had tried the patient line numerous times with no luck. When I arrived at the pharmacy, she stated that she did not answer the phone (dishonest) and then brushed it off as a result of feeling sick. If you are feeling ill, why are you handling patients medications and working face to face with the public? As a pharmacist, this is not professional or appropriate behavior. Please be more considerate and polite to others in the future.

This CVS is honestly the worst.
I was notified via text yesterday that my prescription was ready. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru to be told that it was "too early to refill," which was blatantly untrue. I went home and worked with my provider, who advised the holdup was actually a prior authorization issue with insurance that had been fixed that afternoon. Why lie about the cause of the delay??
I then tried to call in today to ask them to re-process the claim, per my provider's instructions, only to find out that you can no longer speak to a live person at the pharmacy: your only option is to leave a voicemail and have them call you back later. If I were a better, I'd wager my life savings that I'm never going to be getting that callback.

CVS is over priced and slow, we get that. But is it too much to ask that the pharmacy techs pay attention to what they're doing? I handed the tech Migena a card for 15 CT Allegra and only when I got home and started opening the box did I realize it was a 10 CT. And you can't buy more pseudeoephedrine, it's controlled due to meth users cooking other things. So now I have to wait to get more for 30 days and be even pickier about the days I can breathe. Thanks

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I went to get my prescription and was told they only have a 2 week supply and will have to order more. Ok that’s fine I got my 2 weeks supply come back 2 weeks later what do you know they never ordered more of the medication and I am now completely out and they have no idea when it will be coming in. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Called this store to have a prescription transferred for my daughter an the pharmacist was yelling a screaming at me saying she needed 72 hours she didn’t care it was urgent it wasn’t her problem an hung up on me. This is why people don’t go to CVS they are rude an unprofessional!! She should be fired !
