I went in to change my prescriptions to CVS and I got no help I pick items from shelf mark for my insurance and all they say is no you can't get that with no help and just push me out the door so said I thought it was going to be great to be with CVS I guess I was wrong

The pharmacy staff are always professional and courteous despite extremely long lines and what appears to be a shortage of help. Seems as though the lines are extremely long at all hours of the day. They clearly need more employees. The company is fortunate to have the staff that they do, as it has got to be stressful being that busy all of the time with no help. I appreciate how helpful they always are.

The absolute slowest pharmacy in the world. I'm the 5th car in line and been waiting 22 minutes for 1 car to move. This pharmacy is always like this ridiculous.

Your drive through is too narrow for my Ford Excursion. Being disabled, it is very difficult for me to go into the store.

I had an item...just one for curbside pickup...when the employee came with parcel rhey not only ignored me waving them down..but proceeded to roll there eyes in discuss as my one item kept them from there hourly milking..tossed my item thur my open window without finding out if I was even the right Custom...Covid is Awesome and Convenient.

Received text that prescription was ready. Went to pick up, was not ready. Girl said they could put a rush, would take 15 min. Asked to see the manager. Girl said no lead person or manager was there. Another girl came over said she was the manager/lead(??), name is Katelyn. Said presc. Will not be ready for about 5 hours. Said the text always messes up and was not reliable. I explained that I had surgery and was unable to drive. She said, sorry but could not help. Grrr

Who at CVS is medically qualified to make the decision I can wait 5 days for my script? I called to see if they had the script, they didn't, I called Dr office and CVS had script within the hour. I know they can't carry every drug or drop but we have overnight courier service, they could have called around to see who might, hell they could have even made a call to me or my doctor. Instead just placed it on backorder for their shipment! Really?? I was to start that medication that day but simply tossed aside. Not acceptable!!
