Very poor service. I told the rep that there was one app that I absolutely needed on the phone. He assured me that it would be transferred , "No Problem". He took about 20 minutes fumbling around with the phone to get the data transferred. He appeared to not understand what he was doing. Sure enough, the one app that i needed did not work. I was told that it was a non-Cricket app and he could not do anything with it. If he had said that would be a problem, I would not have bought the phone. Also, he insisted that I get a new charger, saying the old one would not work (it works just fine) LIAR.

We have been Cricket customers for 5 years, and like our 3 lines plan. Went to get new phones and Alex took good care of us while selling, but we had to return with a problem and all her niceness was gone. The screen protectors started detaching the first week! She changed mine trying to sell a protection plan for $50.00, but when my wife went two days later, she refused to change hers saying she already changed mine and we should buy the plan. This is a defect. And within the first 30 days, it should have been replaced at no charge. Mine is detaching again. We are very disappointed now.
