Today I opened an account at Capital City Bank in Brooksville Florida. The branch and staff felt very inviting. All staff were friendly, courteous and professional. It was an awesome experience and the nicest experience I have felt in a branch. I highly recommend this branch. I’m sure Mary and Caitlyn will welcome you with the same experience they shared with me.

Had one of the best customer service experience I have ever had with a young man named John. He made me feel like family, took care of my issues, talked to me like we had known each other for years. I wish everyone could learn from him on how to treat their customers! Kudos to John!

Worst bank I ever dealt with !!!Zelle doesn’t work most nights and weekends, has shut off card numerous times and can’t get it turned back on , untill business hours . Card was even turned off when we went to Cayman Islands even after giving the bank our itinerary . We are in another country and have to spend hours trying to get catd turned on then 2 days later turn it off again . Worst bank I ever dealt with . Was stuck and needed hubby to send money and kept saying transactions wouldn’t go through , had to get a neighbor with Truist to Zelle me the money . Non stop headache, I could go on and on

I have been with this bank since it first became capital city. I was an account holder when it was known as first federal. The people who work there are friendly, honest & go out of their way to make you feel like you are a person not a customer. No masks on here. My family has accounts too here. My mom had an account before she passed. She liked the people here. A small bank that cares about its customers. Forget the big banks. You will like it here.
