Note: I'm a mechanic with 2 project cars.
I go to this AutoZone a lot for convenience and usually they're just fine, I know what to expect so I have no complaints on inventory. Most of the employees are polite and helpful, but I had a bad experience buying gas struts for a retrofit. Cashier wanted to know the kind of car and I said that it didn't originally have them but I had measurements and knew what I needed for the project. I was disappointed that he decided to argue with that explanation. He asked if I already had gas struts, a hood prop, etc., said he didn't think it would work how I "thought it would", told me the return policy since he assumed I was wrong, and decided to talk to the person shopping with me instead while having me finish paying. All after I already stated the purpose. It seemed uncalled for rather than helpful and hopefully the next time I'm shopping there it will be better

The staff here are extremely rude and under trained as well as unprofessional I will not be coming to this location again I would rather drive the extra 11 miles to the store near by.

Yesterday my alternator went bad. I just made it to Auto Zone before I lost power and steering. Employees there, John & Dave, immediately began assisting me. John came out to my disabled car to help me. He removed & tested the battery I had previously purchased from Auto Zone, then the alternator, and even charged my battery for my jump start device. He placed the car battery on a charger for 45 minutes. Dave gave me a business card for a great local mechanic shop and I was able to drive there due a fully charged battery. I call John & Dave my Guardian Angels! They went beyond the call of duty to get me home that evening to give crucial medicine to my kitty! I can't recommend this store and it's amazing people enough! Thank you John & Dave!!

I came in this morning with a dead battery and sheila was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had me out of there in 15 minutes. She is a real asset to your company...I will be a lifelong customer now.

I want to give a Shout out to Shelia L. who works at AutoZone. Today I had to unexpectedly go to AutoZone because my "check engine light came on" and also my car hesitated to start heading to the grocery store. Upon entering the store at 5391 Spring Hill Drive location, Shelia L. welcomed me immediately and asked how she could help me. I told her about my check engine light and she immediately got the machine to retrieve a code.
Shelia was very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. I also needed new wiper blades for my van too. She was able to find the ones I needed and replace them on my van. Shelia went above and beyond customer service making sure everything looked ok when she replaced my battery and made sure nothing else was needed. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes.
She provided Excellent customer service!!!

Stopped in today to get wipers for my daughter's car that she'd just got. As soon as we walked in, an associate at the counter greeted us. A minute later someone called us up and helped us figure out what we needed (we literally had no clue). He explained the different options and price points. Once we chose and paid, he offered to put them on for her and also showed her what he was doing while he did it, "just in case you have to do it yourself". My teen daughter feels comfortable
going into any Auto Zone because everyone is so kind and helpful.
