“Had to rent a tool to remove wiper arms. The tool was purchased and then you have a few days to return it. Did the job and tool was returned for the full refund. No issues here. Will definently use this next time l need a tool that is not in my garage!”

“Great experience here.I purchased two Diehard Gold batteries for my F250 Super Duty online last night. Called up the advanced auto parts to see if they are ready,and they were. 20 minutes later I get there we process the order and a core charge discount with the online discount totaling 460.oo .Valentine's was the gentleman that helped me and he installed them for me ...all this done in 40 min.My truck is a Diesel and has a 10" lift so it was a hard install. Great service and a very nice guy as well.I recommend if you have battery issues ??.”

“Ok so I am no mechanic. But I wanted to fix my car and I wanted to do based on what I saw online. I tried to purchase the items for about 200 dollars. And ELI told me no don’t do it you are trying to do something that it’s not right for the car. And he saved my 2020 Toyota. I argued BUT my he convinced me and I did what he said it fixed the problem and then I Did more research it said I could have hurt the electric and computer system had I taken my approach. “Called and gave description of daughter’s transmission issues. She doesn’t live at home ,so I had to make a decision on where she should take her truck.After reading the good and the bad reviews , I thought this was a place for her to go . I am a technician for an electric company working on heavy truck and equipment. So as a tech , we are weary of how shops can be. Honesty and craftsmanship is what we look for. I do not know anyone who owns or works there. This is not a biased review. My daughter took her truck there. They told her costs could be a fee from small to large.( I won’t publish the numbers but they were on par with what would be expected.) They gave the transmission a Quick Look. Made band adjustments. Which took care of the issue. Sent her on her way and didn’t charge her.i would give them more stars if i could. I know this result would not be the same for everyone, but please think of taking your vehicle here first before other shops. I am not saying that other shops would not treat you the same. I am just saying ,if I can’t be there to fix her vehicle for her. I will be sending her to this shop again . Thank you for everything and also how you were kind to my daughter.”

He diagnosed the problems quickly and correctly and he gave me a few options for how to handle it.They went above and beyond to fix my truck and make sure everything was right, even in the days AFTER I got my truck back.Elite is not the least expensive, but they are well worth what you pay!”
“Had a problem with a Wix oil filter.Thought I’d handle it at the corporate level.Well I was wrong.The corporate answer was “ we will get back to you in 2 or 3 business days”.So I called the store and asked for store manager.Georgia (store manager)took my call.Set up a appointment for a service center to correct the problem and in no time I was up and running again.NO COST TO ME.I can honestly say at 70 years old and have used 5 different Orilleys’s and 2 other parts centers in the Spring Hill area.This location is the best.All the rest are like take a chance(I can tell you situations in the past)and if you have a problem your on your own.Drive a couple extra miles and know this location cares about your purchase!”
