“Such wonderful customer service. I needed a Load sensor switch for my older Sears/Kenmore washer. I was Unable to find online at 1st because it was a Kenmore sold by Sears which is different. They took time to look for the part and advise me regarding the installing the part myself. I did find the part finally and went to pu my old part. Even though they were unable to provide the part they still took the time to give me such good advice and kindness when installing it when they were getting nothing ($) in return. I went home and reinstalled the part from Steve’s advice and it is working good so far. This is rare these days in the greedy world we live in. Thanks to Steve the owner and Gail at the desk. ?”
“Aaron’s on commercial way is the place to be. Associates over there understand the struggles of a human being. I have been back up on my bill but I continue to pay what I can and they allow themselves to be courteous to everybody that is struggling to pay. Doug at Aarons has been so kind to me and understanding since this hurricane and other things that have been happening in my life, and they have continue to allow me to still pay my bill, no matter how much I throw down They are very nice people over there and I am grateful and appreciative of their time and their business. “Very busy. Customer service representatives were helpful in telling where to find items. Was a salesperson trying way to hard to get me to buy an A/C maintenance plan. She approached me and didn't want to take NO THANK YOU for my response. Very pushy. Even if I were at all interested...I wouldn't have bought it, just because she was so pushy!”

“Our microwave finally quit and repairs were approaching the cost of a new one. I searched Famous Taste’s site and found the exact same model as our current one. I made a phone call to confirm availability and made the purchase over the phone and scheduled the delivery and installation. Very easy transaction.”
