3 years ago I needed to have my car towed and they kept saying a tow was dispatched. ETA was given 4 times and still no show. This went on from 7:30 PM - 5AM. The same thing happened to my daughter, my grandson, a friend and a person on social media. Come to find out they no longer have a contract with a towing company! So good luck to anyone who needs a tow.
Yesterday I called for a quote for homeowners insurance for my 1092 sq. ft house. Opened my email with the quote and was shocked! Quote was for over $4,467. That quote was for a home replacement value of $$527,100! They couldn't even get that right. I replied to the email due to the error and never heard back. Not renewing my membership!

I've waited 26 hours for a pick up truck to come get meand my car. If i was stranded with no other car i wouldn't have been helped? i never ended up getting a pickup truck so im just going to do AAA a favor and make sure you guys remember what you did to me for wasting me time.

I've had AAA for very many years I absolutely love it they're always there earlier than what they tell you which is awesome. always friendly way cheaper than having to call a locksmith or a tow truck I don't go a year without them they have helped me more times than I can

Came in to AAA at about 4:20pm on Thursday or Friday to come fax some papers it was about 50-60 pages that I needed to get faxed the lovely lady at the desk checked me an said someone would be with me shortly after about 10 minutes of waiting CHUCK comes over an asked what I needed faxed an I showed him an he told me that he wasn't able to fax that many only 10 pages an I politely explained to him that I have came in here many times before an faxed way more then what I was doing on this day an he told me he couldn't do it an it would be about an hour if he tried an I was okay with that but i dont think he wanted to work his last hour since they closed at 5:30pm then when I asked for his name he tried to offer to try an fax the papers an I said no an asked for his card horrible customer service from him he definitely doesn't need to work in customer service treating people like he did an poor lady at the desk is just shaking her head in disbelief

I waited over 10 hours and this is my second time waiting that long, used to be a good company now I would not recommend it. They do not call you to update you about running late or an estimate on arrival and they will charge you even if you waited 10 hours or longer

Have been a AAA member since 2009. Needed a jump for my car today. Called them at 454 pm. Three hours later, still no assistance. The membership is not cheap. Why should I pay over $200 dollars a year for roadside assistance when you don't send anyone to help and when I call to ask why, I am told to call for service from someone else. Really??? Pathetic! Don't waste your money on AAA.
