My husband stopped and bought some drinks and was refused bathroom amenities and he takes thyroid medicine and needed to use the restroom and 7 11 dropped the ball.
Managers will be called and BBB as well. Thanks for nothing.

As someone who has worked there for a few years on & off id say save your money for a different store! The owner himself plays favoritism to the methhead “manager “ who is either greeting high on the job or running her mouth to whichever guy catches her attention. The soda knobs nor the coffee machine get cleaned like they should be. They’re constantly running out of product. I can’t tell you how many timesss we’ve found needles both in & outside the store. & don’t get me started on the out dated items they keep on the shelf! It’s actually pretty sad but hey that’s Spring Hill for you. ??

Workers were rude to multiple customers for no reason. There was trash all over the parking lot and the bathrooms were disgusting. Definitely needs better management.

went to return 3 njoy pods that were leaking/don't work...that's $15 out. no refund, no replacement with receipts and original packaging. when i objected; they expressed "too bad". disgusting customer with rotted out teeth joined in to rip me apart; the cashier behind the register threatened to call the police. i was in shock, appalling to be treated this way when it was just a return. entering their store is always at risk. i've seen them treat strung out drug addicts better than i was treated on that day. looks like they've been ripping folks off for awhile...read the reviews. i'll be calling njoy to report them, not sure if that's going to help in anyway. ghetto store all the way...hoping that they enjoy their minimum wage jobs; pos. great thing that came out of this, i've put those vapes down :)

I was so excited when I went in 2 months ago and saw the spot for jalapeño taquitos. They were out of them but I was glad they brought them back. My in laws live right down the street. I have stopped 5 times over two months. They have not had them even once. Also always out of tacos. Not stopping here again.

PSA: DO. NOT. USE. THE. ATM.The store does not regularly alert customers when the ATM is not working. Multiple times I have used this ATM and received NOTHING but the money is always gone out of my account. The store refuses to acknowledge the problem, the ATM vendor cannot issue a dispute or refund (as many others, Presto for example, will quickly remedy the situation) and you are left to wait 7-10 business days to get “lost” money returned to you. It’s as simple as an OUT OF ORDER sign on the machine.
