“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”

“Ika, a store manager has a lot of negative attitude. A cashier asked her for a discount on a damaged potted plant, the only one left of its kind, on my behalf. In my presence, she rolled her eyes, made a frying egg sound, and shook her head. Then told the cashier “maybe go ask Paul” whoever that is. You’d figure a manager would set the example for customer service. The cashier apologized to me, though he didnt need to, and I told him dont ask anybody else. All other employee interactions there have been great. To include all the cashiers, meat and fish, and definitely the bakery staff. Ika’s tude deleted one of your stars unfortunately.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 Stars) — Publix Super Market at Pines City Center (#1598)
Publix is usually my go-to when I want a delicious sub. But today the new deli assembly system caused a long delay, and no one acknowledged customers waiting in line. Even the employees said the new process needs improvement.
I’m still a loyal Publix shopper — just hoping management rethinks how the deli line flows. I’ll definitely return, but will avoid peak deli times for now.

“Were it not for the location and parking situation I would give this Publix 5 stars simply because of the little Cuban cafe in the front. If you want your colada or cortadito with tostada this is the ideal place. Everything is delicious and fresh and you cannot beat the cost. All of these have are less than $2 which you cannot beat anywhere nearby. The ladies that work the cafe are super sweet and friendly. I stop in whenever I'm in the area. As far as the store itself - it's a smaller, older publix and does get busy. But as with most it's well stocked and the service is excellent. The parking is plentiful but the parking lot is very cramped and there's lots of activity in the area. Getting in and out of the place is treacherous because the i-75 and Turnpike entrances/exits are nearby and the drivers drive like they're already on the highway - be very careful.”
“Great Caribbean grocery store in Miami, They have a wide variety of options available from different islands and Latin America, a great meat section and fresh seafood with good prices, A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables all the time, Convenient spot for hard to find traditional Caribbean food items. They also stock all the basic supermarket items, for the convenience and selection it's worth to shop at Caribbean Best market. The staff is friendly, store is always clean and organized.”

“You can find everything you need, and the deli food is very good. This is my go-to place for Argentine-style barbecue meats and seafood. The quality is excellent, and the service is good.
The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, but the selection and quality make it worth it.”

“It’s a medium rated publix nothing special nothing bad just simple employees they’re really not that friendly, but you can find everything pretty much on your own.”
“Clean, friendly staff, and big selections. Just disappointing on stocking, as quite a few items will be sold out for days and their deli/hot food area seems understaffed. Their sub stations vary on available people (causing big lines), their dipping sauces are regularly out of stock, some sandwiches aren’t in stock (no meatballs, missing sauces, waiting on slicing meats, etc).
But overall they’re my preferred Publix due to size and location and quality products. Just some room for improvement.”

“The pharmacy at Coquina Plaza is the most caring and efficient pharmacy my wife and I have ever encountered. From the manager and assistant manager and the tech support team, we get fast and reliable help every time we go there. We are older and have more need for the professional help we get from them all the time and always with a smile. I would use the pharmacy even if the store is further from us than many other drug stores. Keep up the great work, we appreciate it.”
