It’s vary clean and a vary nice arena but if you dont lease a horse or own a horse some of the people there don’t like you or don’t appreciate you for who you are and they use Penelope and smoky why to much.

Very, very friendly horse loving community in a well kept facility. Equestrian sports shine when fences, sand and benches are as clean as here.

Very well kept equine facility. Erica and her team are the best!! If I was a horse I would want to live there :)
