These guys are remarkable. I have heavy hurricane style sliding glass doors. The rollers are 22 years old. I had two other companies come out and look at replacing the rollers on the doors. Both made excuses as to why the rollers couldn't be replaced. I think both wanted to sell me new doors. Tommy's crew came in, replaced the rollers, cleaned up after themselves and in the process squared up the frames. They are the best. You earn trust. They have mine.

Tommy's Glass replaced the glass in 3 sets of patio doors for us today. The price was reasonable and the service prompt. Thank you Oden and Eddie for a great job, especially for leaving the windows spotless and clean.

We had a great experience with Tommy’s Glass! They replaced one of our windows and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the guys that did the replacement, but they did good, fast work and truly went above & beyond! We will definitely be using Tommy’s in the future for any of our window needs.

After a rough patch with email at first, communications were established and a successful installation of two large window spaces were completed. It was a four week turn over from measurement to installation now that manufacturing is starting to catch up in 2023. I have absolutely no complaints. I have all the paperwork, warranties and inspection in hand as well as perfect windows replacing the 1992 sorry ones they replaced. The men who installed walked me through every step and got approval through those steps as well. They cleaned up after themselves and (best yet) they were cheerful and cordial.

Called Wednesday 10/20/21 to make an appt for estimate. They said they’d be there at 11:00a the next day, which is Thursday 10/21/3021. I’m thinking wow! They then corrected it to 1:00p on Thursday which was still Great.Well 1:00 came and went. Nobody showed, nobody called. I called at 2:00 and was told they would contact the estimator to see what happened and call me back. It’s now 5:20 and I haven’t heard a peep.Not sure what failed, but they FAILED nonetheless.Probably better to go with someone else.

I contracted this company two years ago to replace four patio door glasses. They have not completed the job yet, only successfully completing three of the four doors. They have been out five to six times to get the fourth glass replaced and each time there is debris between the two glasses. I have heard every excuse from Covid, to it looked good in the shop, to the glass fell off the truck, to it is the manufacturers fault, and now that they can’t get the glass transported here. I am done with excuses. Two years is way too long to do such a simple job successfully. I have gotten no satisfaction from Tommy’s Glass on any level and have absolutely nothing good to say about this company and the service I paid them to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
