In less than 30 mins the crew had the tire patches and sent me on my way. Went back today for a tire rotation and oil change and experienced the same efficiency and customer service. He said he could do the repairs and make our beautiful truck like new again. He could do it in a timely manner and at a lower cost than the other 3 auto body shops. Joey and the auto mechanics here have always been the best. I've gone to them many times over the years and always call them first with any car issues - they are the most trustworthy repair shop I know. Not only that, but they are also very kind and quick with the work - and if it can't be done quickly, they are clear with their communication about that.
For example, years ago I had a car with wild issues, always. It didn't have power steering for some reason that I can't remember, but I do remember to fix it was about $1000 and it wasn't the power steering pump (I couldn't afford that so I just drove it without power steering).
One day, my car started making this noise that could only be described as a noise straight from hell; I was sure my car was a goner and also sure everyone next to me in traffic was beyond annoyed. Took it here to Joey, talked to him, and turns out, it was my power steering pump - so they just cut the line for me (something like that) and charged me $50. Didn't even bother asking me if I wanted to replace the pump etc (since that wasn't why my power steering wasn't working) or try to sell me on anything. This really made me trust them more than I already did.
Just today, I had to get my car towed there with unknown problems - ended up being the starter, they had it replaced before they closed:)”

He was pleasant, professional, a good listener, answered questions and provided options that helped us make a decision. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. My wife and I became quite frustrated with the amount of time it took to buy a used car with cash. It took 10 minutes to decide on the car, and 3 and 1/2 hours to sign papers, write a check and dive off with the car, that's way too much time.”

Instead of turning him away the young man told him that he had two people call in sick, and that he would gladly do it if Fariss had the time to wait. “These guys are remarkable. I have heavy hurricane style sliding glass doors. The rollers are 22 years old. I had two other companies come out and look at replacing the rollers on the doors. Both made excuses as to why the rollers couldn't be replaced. I think both wanted to sell me new doors. Tommy's crew came in, replaced the rollers, cleaned up after themselves and in the process squared up the frames. They are the best. You earn trust. They have mine.”
