This place is a gem in Venice, Florida. It has a large selection of indoor and outdoor furniture and is an authorized retailer of Polywood outdoor furniture. I came here to finalize my choice by seeing the products, and I was impressed by the selection and the knowledge of the staff here. I also was shopping for coastal bedroom furniture and was happy to find exactly what I was looking for here! They have been extremely helpful by giving me the dimensions of the furniture, so I can be sure it will fit in the room, and look beautiful!! My furniture was delivered and looks exactly how I hoped it would!

Prices are on the high side, good selection, nice sales people but delivery has turned into an issue. Items were promised in three weeks but it has been five weeks and still no furniture. We had to go to them to ask when the furniture would be delivered, they told us the furniture had shipped from the factory and we should receive it in a day or two, but that was a week ago. Disappointing given the prices. We are planning on asking for our 50% deposit to be refunded and canceling the order.

We purchased a very expensive patio set made by “Fishtales” that supposedly would not fade and hold up to the heat and sun in Florida...well that turned out to be a load of BS. I did call Patio Joe’s about this and they directed me straight to the manufacturer. Well after months of trying to reach the manufacturer to no avail and thousands of dollars wasted... our 2 year old patio set is going on the garbage. I wish this situation could have been solved by Patio Joe’s as they are who we purchased the furniture from. I don’t believe as a customer it is my job to reach out to manufacturers that they purchase items from. I’m sorry I gave this place business.

I picked out all of our lanai furniture at Patio Joes. The people were very helpful picking things out. I customer ordered fabric for my loungers and a different pattern for my dining chairs. I told them I was only in town for a couple of weeks setting up a house and they were happy to expedite the order and I was able to have everything delivered within two weeks. Even the custom order cushions I had picked out!

Deplorable. I attempted to order cushions after being told they would be made in 1-2 weeks. Over 6 weeks later they come in, and not only were they were wrong, they were thin due to poor quality. The sales associate constantly argued with me, and I was appalled by her attitude. After sending them back 2 more times & waiting 4 more months I had enough.
