Almost no staff. Poor layout and stocking. Gross customers.... In other words, a typical Walmart.

Walmart please give your employees a place to have a break, they sit all over the carts and you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get in the store, I even see them stretched out on the walkway like sleeping homeless people. Do better for your employees Walmart!

This store is filthy, understaffed, and they don't even bother to stock the shelves when new product arrives. I only go there because they have the nicest most helpful pharmacy staff in the entire city.

I go to Wal Mart Pasadena to simply cash a check from Green Dot Bank, a partner of Wal-Mart. The check invoice literally says You Can Cash this Check at Any Wal-Mart. The associate and manager Zach tell me the name on check “doesn’t match “ my ID and they won’t cash it. The check says Mike and my Id says Michael. I obviously explain it’s an abbreviation and everything else matches Last name, Address etc. I tell them that St. Pete Wal Mart’s have no problem cashing the check from their partner Green Dot and the manager Zach gets rude and condescendingly tells me it’s his store and he can do what he wants. I guess that doesn’t include any form of common sense or customer service. I went and cashed the check at St. Pete Wal Mart no problem. How about you use your head me time and stop viewing your customers as adversaries and treating them poorly?

Honestly, I'd rate this store with three stars. Employees are rarely available to customers. This store caters to seniors which is evident and other nearby stores like Publix. However, Walmart takes no special measures to accommodate Seniors. The produce is poor to decent. The mirage of Walmart as a store for savings for the average person is well worn when I see prices Spike higher than neighborhood stores or at least they are close enough to be pennies saved. No regular sales is also a turn off. In terms of cleanliness you would fail. Why don't you consider somewhere for elderly people to sit on their way home? Walmart needs civility!

One self-service check out open, giant line of people, two employees standing around. Have tried to shop several times & it's always the same. This store needs help! Went across the street to Winn Dixie, shopped & checked out with no waiting & with full service.

Got here at 10:54, sign was lit, and the “in” door was locked. Out door was open though! For a store that doesn’t ever have a worker at a register, they’re way too eager to close!!! 2024, no willpower to work. Also saw white mold on their strawberries!
