The staff here is super helpful and great to work with! We recently had to ship a couple of gifts but weren't sure about the proper box size. The staff was very understanding in helping us select the best sized box for our items and with us packing the boxes on site. Even when there was a rush of people needing help, they were curteous and helpful to all.

I went here for two things, to return my Amazon package and to print something. The young guy telling me was super nice and quick. However, after he took my packages back the older white man in the back said “she’s just returning her packages like this? She can put anything in here. “ I was still at the counter dealing with the items I needed printed and he was about two feet away from me. He said it for everyone in the store to hear as well as me. First of all, it was an Amazon return that UPS was in charge or boxing up and returning. Secondly, when I pulled up the QR code the same item was pictured. (Which he would know if he was the one helping me or if he knew how to do his job). I’ve been doing this for years and I’ve never once dealt with such a disrespectful, unprofessional employee at UPS.

Love this place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I always have a great experience when I come here. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I also really appreciate the reassurance and patience the staff always has if I am struggling on certain days. Highly recommend using this business ?

My girlfriend went to the store on 2/22/24 right before 10am. She went to drop off an Amazon return. There were two men working, one older, one younger. The older one is who took her order.Once it was her turn in line she greeted the man, who didn’t even look at her. He then held out a scanner for the QR code required for Amazon returns. Printed the receipt to her with no further explanation and turned to walk away. I think a little better customer is definitely warranted. Just wanted to let you know, I used to be a business owner myself for many years and customer service is paramount. Have a good day, God bless,Peter

This is a fantastic place for my mailing needs. The clerks are efficient and lines move quickly. They have the mailing supplies I needed. The store is clean and well-organized.

I dropped off a package here and a gentleman named Hudson was helping me. I asked him for a receipt and he said that they couldn't give me a receipt until UPS picked it up because they were a third party site. I was skeptical needless to say. A couple of days later when UPS picked it up I was notified by an email from Hudson including the tracking number. In today's world I am very impressed that this went so smoothly. Thank you Hudson
